      • Holt: Roads? Where we're going we don't need roads.

This is the famous last line from the 1985 movie Back To The Future.

      • Near the End of the Episode, when Tim ate all the Buffet, he roars, and the banner from the Buffet comes floating down. This is an Allusion to Jurassic Park where a Banner reading "When Dinosaurs ruled the Earth" comes floating down, while the T-Rex is roaring.

      • The Price Is Right: At the end of this episode, a sound from the long-running, popular game show is played; the sound effect used is played whenever a contestant fails to win the game they are trying to play on the game show.

      • Charlie's Angels: The title of the episode is a reference to the popular TV show and/or 2001 movie where a man named Charlie (voiced by the late John Forsythe) hired three beautiful, talented women to take out villains and solve complex mysteries. The actual show itself is also parodied in two ways, as the famous Angels pose used in the show's scene transitions is used to introduce Cleveland's Angels, and Cleveland also tries to communicate over a walkie-talkie to his angels just like Charlie did.
