Cleveland: Oh, Donna, I fel like I'm in a Woody Allen movie, except I've laughed a few times in the last hour.
Coach McFalls: I made her angry...you wouldn't like her when she's angry.
This is a reference to the comic book, and later tv series and movies, The Incredible Hulk.
Tyne: All right, I want to thank Lorne and the cast...
This is the traditional ending to Saturday Night Live.
Cleveland: Lester, where's your favorite place for romance?
Lester's answer ("the butt") is a reference to the tv series The Newlywed Game, when in 1977 Bob Eubanks asked a contestant where the weirdest place she had gotten the urge to "make whoopee" and the contestant answered, "Is it in the ass?" (The last three words were bleeped during the broadcast.)
Cleveland: Where's Tyne?
Coach McFall: I made her angry. You wouldn't like her when she's angry.
The dialogue and Tyne's change into a big green monster caused by her anger is a play on the Marvel Comics character The Incredible Hulk.
Sex and the City
In the NY bar Cleveland recognizes Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte and Samantha, the main characters from Sex And The City.
The music during the following scene also resembles the main theme from that show.
