Offending him is the least of your worries. Besides, he protests funerals. He deserves to get made fun of on a weekly basis.

I'm choking on my own rage here!

This guy gives christians like me a bad name, and its him and like minded christians that I hate so much. these people use the bible and twists the word of god to better spread there hate.

Contraciction #1  : He says that America is doomed, and there is nothing anyone can do now. However there is a passage in the bible that says that now matter how far you fall, god will accept you.

Contraciction #2 : He says that god hates gays (don't wanna use the F word). However he loves all people, he hates sin. On another note in gods eyes all sinners are the same. Therefor Freddy Phelps, here is no better than the gays he hates so much.

Contraciction #3 : not really a contradiction but he at no time says the verse "he who is without sin cast the first stone." In other words it is in no way his or anyone elses buisness what people do together.

Just because your gay does'nt mean your going to hell. If you are saved, all sins you have done, are doing or will do, are forgiven. So if homosexuality is a sin, can it not be forgiven?

On a personal note, I may be christian but you wouldn't know it by talking to me because I break all Christian stereotypes. I'm liberal, and Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert are my greatest heroes. So please don't post hate messages about me for speaking about the bible. I was only trying to point out the inconsistencies of this self rightious a**hole named Fred Phelps

Jack Thompson, Bill O'rielly and John Stossel better make room because another jacka** just made my dead to me list.

You know, I'd think that if you put a clip of Tom Cruise next to this lady, Tom would look normal

This is Fred Phelps telling you that God is your enemy (1:40)! Merry Christmas!

Put a picture of Pat Robertson next to her, Pat would look normal! We all have to face it, America has as much religious extremists as Al-Qaeda, except ours are only annoying, not incredibly dangerous.

Wow, never thought I'd actually like anything Alan would have to say, then again this demented crackpot deserved to get slapped down. Actually the whole family shouldn't be allowed on TV or given any exposure at all. Between that fake smile and glazed over eyes I don't think she has an original thought in her tiny little mind.

Good for you, OmegaWolf_156. You are a breath of fresh air. Thanks for your thoughtful views, I feel the same.

My mother is a good Christian woman, she is liberal and adores Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert. The Phelps' are going straight to Hell for being mean in both spirit and mind. There is no hope for them, so I refuse to let them break me. I pity them, actually. If I were anything like them I'd kill myself. God hates suiciders, doesn't he FRED?

I don't know if it was the half-melted ice cream I was eating at the time, but watching the video made me feel a little sick of the hateful language he used.

I'm with OmegaWolf with the fact that just because you're Christian, you can get pegged with these wackos and conservative Republicans.

What I'm sick of are those Christian groups that "cure" homosexuality; what a big (censored) scam that is.

Here's a link that supports my argument: http://www.avclub.com/content/node/55285

Yeah.  I believe in God, but I don't go to church and I question everything about my religion.  There is always that whole thing where Democrats are joked about being atheists or pagans or something, and I know plenty of Democrats that believe in God.  Many of them go to church.
