Stephen opens the show talking about Rick Perry being in the Republican race for only three days and has a 11 point lead. Perry says EPA regulations are killing jobs while his bus is idling and killing the environment, and he delivered a veiled threat to the Fed chairman. And even thought Stephen Super PAC can't align with Perry, Perry loves Stephen because he announced his candidacy in South Carolina, and now Perry's campaign has hired the treasurer of his Super PAC to be Perry's campaign treasurer.
Moving on, it's time for Tip of the Hat/Wag of the Finger. First a wag to conservative religious scientists are rejecting the idea that Adam and Eve could be real because of all the genetic diversity we have now, and it would be impossible to trace back to only two people. Next a tip to Rick Santorum for trying to explain gay marriage by claiming that you could call a napkin a paper towel but that's not what it is.
