Typical hilarious Colbert Report. The bit about the wide screen TV best being enjoyed for pornography was hilarious. The guest tonight was Judy Woodruff, who I didn't recognize until Colbert referenced her position on CNN. I didn't recognize her because I've never seen this woman smile until tonight. Anyhoo, she's got a new documentary on PBS called Generation Next which is about the 16-25 year olds (just missed it) in America today. A lot of the facts were intersting regarding how liberal a generation it is because they are on the first beneficieres of a true American melting pot, and also how civiclly minded that generation is, which is a welcome change after the jaded cynicsm of Generation X. Colbert had some funny quips during the interview, but I think he found it as interesting as I did as he just let her talk for a lot of it. Also an apperance by a member of the Human Rights Organization. I wonder how he can laugh even in jest when he's surronded by these horrors every day? Hmmm... good episode though.
