Rhonda Fleming and Gordon MacRae co-host this telecast from March Air Force Base in Riverside, Californiacommemorating the start of Armed Forces Week. Guests are: Bud Abbott and Lou Costello (making their final Colgate appearance); dancers The Clark Brothers; singer Jana Mason; Carmen Dragon and his Orchestra; and a filmed appearance by President Eisenhower. Abbott is a sergeant dealing with hapless soldier Costello, the Singing Sergeants of the Air Force perform, the Thunderbirds fly, and in a live stunt, an F-100 travels from Tuscon, Arizona to March Air Force base during the show.
