Early in the episode, a news report is heard (off screen) about the spores. The report is read by longtime NBC News anchor/reporter John Palmer.
In syndication, the song that the pregnant men dance to (following the commercial break) is different than in the original broadcasts.
How come they never show what Elvin gave birth to?
When Jeffrey gives his long speech about giving birth, he says he had a "tiny creature," so why did all the other men give birth to inanimate objects (sailboat, car, giant hoagie sandwich)?
When Russell explains why he was the only one who didn't get pregnant, he made up some excuse about the spores not getting to New Jersey. Wouldn't it make more sense to say Grandma Anna couldn't get him pregnant because she's menopausal? They're in their seventies after all.
Tempestt Bledsoe, Keshia Knight Pulliam and Raven-Symone do not appear in this episode.
Theo's pregnancy during this episode is likely a reference to Season 2's "Denise's Friend," when Cliff asks Theo what he would do if he be got pregnant.
