After a tremendous job as the political correspondent for Rap City Tha Bassment and 106 & Park, Cousin Jeff will be hosting a series of documentaries on BET. Whether the story is around the world or around the corner, Cousin Jeff will take viewers to the heart of the matter. Debuting in February 2005, Cousin Jeff will host a 5-part documentary series addressing circumstances and concerns affecting the Black and Latino Community. Cousin Jeff will speak with experts, specialists and most importantly real people to bring light to social problems affecting the community. Look forward to learning and discussing topics ranging from The Bridge is Over: the Gap Between The Civil Rights and Hip Hop; It's a BIG deal: black youth and obesity; Locked Out: I'm out of jail, but still behind bars; and The Silent Millionaires: the story of self-made millionaires under 30.
