Waiter: You will be having wine with your meal?
Jay: No thanks. My son is too young and the last time I drank, I woke up in a petting zoo and there was one goat missing.
Jay: You can't do this!
Duke: Yes, I can! If I want Citizen Kane's last word to be "schwing" then "schwing" it's gonna be! I'm a god, I tell you. A god--!
(Duke falls to the ground and believes he is dying)
Duke: Rosebud... I mean "schwing"!
Jay: Tell me, have you ever thought about going to church?
Duke: Religion, huh? Well, like other members of America's cultural elite, I worship Pan the Goat God.
Doctor Krekorian: He's still alive. I've never lost a patient before.
Nurse: You can still run him down in the parking lot.
Doctor Krekorian: To the deathmobile!
Duke: All I have to do is inject six ounces of the serum into my eyeball every four hours.
Jay: Yes, I'm a doc! I'm a sneezy, happy doc! (yawns) I'm a sleepy, happy, sneezy doc. Boy, if I don't get to bed soon I'm gonna be a grumpy, dopey, happy, sneezy, sleepy doc. (walks off screen, then sticks his head back into frame) Bashful.
Duke: (to Noah Webster) How about that other word I invented, "Dukelicious"? No one's using it? What a Duketastrophe.
Duke: Jay, get a pen and paper, I'm going to dictate my will.
Jay: What am I, your secretary?
Duke: Son, the only thing you have in common with my secretary are humungous breasts.

Duke's flashback of his great-grandfather being sick and infecting his troops is a parody of a very famous scene in the 1939 movie Gone With the Wind that shows the thousands of wounded soldiers in the Confederate Army.
Ted Turner / Philips Electronics
Duke's PHILIPSVISION is based on the time Ted Turner bought MGM's library of films and started colorizing them to be broadcasted on his many television networks, much to the horror of classic film fans. Also, the font on PHILIPSVISION closely resembles the font used by Philips Electronics.
