Fast Food Employee: You want a piece of me, fat boy? I'll spork your ass.
Marty: Look, Dad, it's former Yesterday Night Live actor Jon Lovitz!
Jon Lovitz: Make way, make way, you comedy peons. Famous movie star coming through, and I'm carrying something you've never seen before--it's called "talent"!
Jay: I wish I had half his looks.
Marty: Well, you kinda sound like him.
Jay: Ya think?!
Jay: (talking to Olivia) I wonder what she looks like naked.
Jay's Brain: You idiot, that's what I'm supposed to say. Quick, cover up.
Jay: I wonder what she... cooks... like... uh... naked.
Opening & Closing Gags
Phone Call: (replaced by Jay's alarm clock radio) "The following is a test of Faye Dunaway's vocal cords. We repeat: this is only a test."
Name: Olivia Newton-Hawke
The name of Jeremy's sister is a nod to famous Australian actress/singer Olivia Newton-John, who is probably best known for her role as Sandy in the 1978 film version of Grease, and her pop song from the '80s, "Physical".
Jay: I hate Qantas.
This is an allusion to a Qantas Airways ad campaign featuring a koala delivering the above line in response to Qantas bringing tourists to his home.
Olivia: (sings) I come from the land down under...
She is singing Man at Work's hit single "Down Under". This song is also referenced a moment later when Jeremy arrives looking for his sister and Jay offers him a vegemite sandwich.
Episode Title: "Lady Hawke"
The title of this episode referes the 1985 fantasy film Ladyhawke, starring Rutger Hauer and Matthew Broderick.
