Jon referred to the Jewish holiday of Sukkot where you basically you have to build a shelter outside your house that recreates what it was like for the Jewish people wandering the desert. This structure must be made in a particular way and with particular types of materials.
Also this is the third Jewish holiday so far in the month of September 2007 with Yom Kippur and Rosh Hashana being the others that came earlier in the month.
President Morales' visit is the second time a sitting head of state has appeared on The Daily Show, the first being Pervez Musharraf, the President of Pakistan.
For the first time ever on The Daily Show, Jon will conduct the interview of Morales through an interpreter, who will translate his questions from English to Spanish and the Bolivian leader's answers from Spanish back to English.
Jon Stewart: It's interesting, no homosexuals in Iran, because in America there are no homosexuals in our conservative movement either. Just dudes f***ing other dudes.
Jon Stewart: I want to welcome you to rabbi talk with Jon Stewart. I'm getting holidays thrown at me I didn't even know existed!
Moment of Zen: Mahmoud Ahmadinejad at Columbia University saying that political leaders who seek nuclear weapons are "retarded," followed by a clip of Hillary Clinton laughing.
