During the middle of this episode, Dan Ackroyd is sitting at a table in the Defender's office. On the table are two (40 oz?) foam cups from a convenience store. During the scene, Dan takes drinks from one of the cups at random moments, holding the cup while speaking or listening.
If you watch closely, and even if you don't it's pretty obvious, you will see that every time the camera angle changes, so do the cup(s). At times, the second cup totally vanishes into oblivion. Other times, Dan is holding the cup and the shot changes and the cup is on the table. But most commonly, the cup Dan has been drinking from shifts position and straw angle changes every single shot while at rest on the table.
A girl at the Ensenada, Mexico hotel pool is sporting a tattoo on her side that reads "I will wear my heart upon my sleeve for daws to peck at." It's a quote from Shakespeare's play Othello (Act I, Scene I).
Editing goof: While Pete is at the prison listening to lottery winner Leonard explain what happened, Leonard buys a bag of chips from the vending machine. The bag of chips in actor's hand changes from the back of the bag facing out to the front of the bag facing out and then back again in the different camera angle shots of the actor during the scene. The actor never flipped the bag around.
When the Moroccan and Leonard swap $6,000,000 checks, they're each from different banks. However, at the bottom of them the routing number (90162537) on both checks is the same, even though a routing number is unique to a financial institution. The account number (287381942) is also the same on both checks.
