  • This was the hijack of the Dick Cavett Show. The three guests slowly took over the show with their antics. Dick Cavett was taken aback, but helpless to stop the mayhem.moreless

    I have never in my 68 years laughed that hard or that long. John Cassavetes, Peter Falk and Ben Gazzara all actors in the movie "Husbands" took turns upstaging Dick, and then they all were rolling up their pant legs or taking off shirts, shoes and socks etc..

    If I can ever find a tape or dvd of this episode I will buy it in a second. It was and still is the best and funniest talk shows ever. To this day I smile ear to ear when I think of, the three hijackers not "Husbands" that took over the Dick Cavett show.moreless
