    This is one of the funniest episodes in the series. Its interesting that this was the first show of the final season, because the final season was a mixed bag of quality. At times its age is showing, but other times, like this, it could still be brillant. It is a tour-de-force for Mary Tyler Moore, especially when she tries to save Robs job in Alan Bradys office. And its another great scene with Carl Reiner as Brady. I think it couldve been easy to overuse the Alan Brady character, but Reiner seemed to know how to use him without wearing out his welcome. I also love how Laura is so freaked at having to tell Rob. Moore and Dick Van Dyke by this point in the series, just play off each other so perfectly.moreless
