At home, Drew has decided not to be scared off by the policy of management not being allowed to date other employees, and has Lisa over to play poker with Kate, Lewis, and Oswald. They discuss the policy for a little, and move on to the strangest place they've ever had sex. Lewis said Disneyland, but Drew wouldn't discuss the places he's had sex.

At the Warsaw, Drew, Lewis, and Oswald are chatting about Oswald's job interview which didn't go so well. In walks a few dozen people from work. Kate and Larry reveal to Drew that they're planning on going on a strike.

At work, Drew tries to pass through the picket line, but thanks to Mimi, it doesn't go so well. Mimi tells Drew that it's time to hire some temps to fill in for the people on strike. Oswald drops by to see if he can get a job, so Drew gives him a job for $7 an hour in the cosmetics department. Hearing what happened, Mimi asks for a job in cosmetics. Realizing Drew doesn't have too many choices, he gives her the opportunity to work there.

At Drew's place, Oswald is showing Lewis how he talks to the customers. Kate walks in and gives Drew, Lewis, and Oswald crappy gifts while she still has the money because of the strike. Drew gives them all gifts. Kate loved her sweater; Oswald and Lewis never opened their gifts. When they start discussing the strike, Kate finds out that Mimi and Oswald were hired to replace her in cosmetics and gets a angry.

At work, Drew tells Mimi that he's got some emergencies to take care of, he checks Oswald's competency, but doesn't do so well. Nora helps Drew in the clothing department, and gets a little turned on with the lingerie.

At the Warsaw, Oswald reveals to Lewis that he's wearing makeup. Drew comes in to talk about the strike, which has been going on for three weeks. When Drew notices Kate busing tables at the Warsaw, Drew decides to go on strike with them. Larry comes in with news that the strike is over, the workers won. This leaves a bit of an awkward moment between Drew and Kate.

The show ends with Drew, Lewis, and Kate playing poker at Drew's, when Oswald comes by. He was hired by Global Parcal for the holiday rush. He brought three packages by for gifts. They were all "undeliverables". Drew asks them to leave because he has to take care of some paperwork because of the strike. After they leave, Drew grabs his coat, a radio and a lighter. He goes outside and lights the candles on the pool table, which is set up for a romantic time with Lisa. When she shows up, she tells Drew that she wasn't serious about having sex on the pool table, it's too cold for that. When they begin making out, a group of carolers come by singing, which interrupts them, so Drew then asks them to sing a little Barry White.

The funniest moments in the show included Nora in the lingerie department, and the weird awkward moment with Kate and Drew when Larry ran in with news that the strike is over. I have to admit that this wasn't one of my favorite episodes. There weren't many hilarious moments.moreless
