At work, Drew calls Suzie in and fires her because of her poor attendance, poor work, etc. Mimi comes over and tells Drew that he just fired Mr. Bell's girlfriend, which surprises Drew. The exchanges with Drew and Suzie were pretty good. Mimi's sharades to explain what happened were hilarious. You kind of felt for Drew after he realized what happened.

In his carpool home, Drew is asked by his co-workers about his firing of Suzie. Drew didn't actually know they were going out, but that's not what he tells them.

At home, Drew is hanging up his laundry to dry, when Jules comes over to admire his shirts. Drew won't sell him any of them, so Jules leaves. Lewis, Oswald, and Lewis' girlfriend are in the backyard talking about Star Trek and similar shows. They all want to host a party at Drew's house. Drew goes in the house to put his clothes in the dryer. Kate asks him for some help pitching some ideas to Mr. Bell.

At work, Drew is called by Mr. Bell and he wants to have a meeting with Kate at the Warsaw to talk a little bit about the ideas she has.

At Drew's home, they are having their sci-fi party. Kate drops by to get with Drew so they can go to the Warsaw. Drew tells Kate that Mr. Bell doesn't want to talk about the day spa and her other ideas, he just wants to score.

Drew and Kate drop by the Warsaw to talk to Mr. Bell, but the meeting goes pretty bad. It was obvious that Drew was right about Mr. Bell. He didn't have the day spa on his mind.

Back home, Drew finds that his house is an absolute mess. They ran out of beer and everyone went crazy. Kate comes in and complains to Drew that it's his fault for she and Mr. Bell. If he didn't fire Suzie, he wouldn't be hitting on her.

Back at the office, Drew is being punished by Mr. Bell by having him go through all of the personnel files, checking punctuation. Suzie comes in and Drew hires her, since this might get him off his back. Kate drops by with news that Mr. Bell listened to her ideas for the day spa, and she's going to run it. Mr. Bell calls Drew on the phone and he tells him that it was a good idea to re-hire Suzie, and announces she'll be running the day spa. This obviously upset Kate, but there wasn't much she could do to change Mr. Bell's mind. However, Kate gets back at Drew for re-hiring Suzie by telling Mr. Bell that Monday is Karaoke night at the Warsaw, Mr. Bell tells Drew to be there, and to keep that date open in the future.

The show ends with everyone singing karaoke at the Warsaw.

This certainly wasn't a favorite of mine, although the scene at the Warsaw with Drew, Kate, and Mr. Bell was funny. I found that the direct use of a camera for Mr. Bell was a little odd. The sci-fi party had a few funny moments as well as the after-party when Drew found large ears all over his house.moreless
