Sexual Perversity in Cleveland
AIRED:
Darcy breaks up with Drew after he admits that he is not a full-time musician. He starts spending a lot of time at his computer, and begins a steamy on-line affair with an anonymous woman. He becomes concerned after learning that his chat room girlfriend works at a department store and has a large collection of troll dolls. When he confirms that it is Mimi, Drew begins showering compulsively. He feels extremely awkward when he and Mimi run into each other while visiting Wick in rehab. Mimi does not realize that she was involved with Drew, and is angry that she hasn't heard from her online man for a while. Drew gets really drunk and writes her a kiss-off note in which he claims to be Bill Clinton. Meanwhile, Oswald grows concerned about his mother's financial status after her birthday check to him bounces. He learns that her business partner deserted her, and that she may lose her beauty salon and house. Oswald follows Lewis's advice and agrees to test breast implants for DrugCo in exchange for $10,000. He feels very uncomfortable about the amount of attention Drew and Lewis pay to his breasts.moreless

One of the best episodes. Oswald got juggs and Drew cyber dated Mimi but both of them didnt know who it was. Great writing and proof of why Drew rocks!

[RECAP]Lewis and Oswald come walking into Winfred-Louder when they see a woman whom Oswald likes. He decides to ask her out since it's his birthday. It turns out she's seeing someone. Kate comes in to see Drew, but he's still not in. They all think Darcy is going to dump him. Drew comes in with Darcy in tow. He shows her his real job, which really surprises her. She says that it doesn't bother her, but she quickly runs out of there.

At Drew's house, he's logging off the Internet, after chatting with a woman he met online. Oswald comes in, so Lewis, who was sitting down, gives him his birthday tackle. Oswald tells them that the birthday check he got from his mom bounced. Lewis says there's a program at DrugCo, where they pay you for allowing them to put in breast implants.

The next morning, Kate comes over and she asks him how the computer dating went last night, so he tries to explain it, but it's a bit embarrassing.

At Winfred-Louder, Oswald comes in with a package, but he's in a hurry. Drew realizes the reason he's in a hurry and wearing a coat, is because he got those breast implants, so he can give the money to his mother. Larry comes over and tells Mimi that she has to stay late, but she's not willing, so they have a bit of a showdown. Larry asks Mimi for her E-mail address, and it seems Mimi is the woman Drew's been talking to online.

At Drew's, he and Lewis are surrounding Oswald. They're both fascinated by his breasts. He decides to give them a peek of his breasts. Lewis and Drew ask to touch them, just as Kate comes through the door, which shocks them all. Drew then gets an instant message from his cyber date, so he asks them to leave, and turns down the lights, and starts typing away. We then see Mimi typing away as well. "Afterwards," Mimi types something that makes Drew realize Mimi's the one he's been talking to. We then see Drew bathing himself in the shower.

At the rehab clinic, Mimi comes in to see Mr. Wick. Drew comes in as well, and he seems a bit uncomfortable around her. Mimi asks Drew if he has a computer, and they try to have a conversation, but Drew's uneasy about it.

At home, Drew's on the computer, typing and drinking away. He tells Mimi that he has to put his life back together.

The show ends with the man in the moon singing "Me Over Parma," a take on "Moon Over Parma."

This was one of my favorite episodes of the series. The plots were great, and everything was really well done.moreless

    • Kate: (discussing Drew's cyber date) Yeah, is pathetisad a word?
Drew: Hey, whatever BeerStud3 and HoneyBee23 do is their own business.
Kate: Beer stud? Forget pathetisad, is weirdork a word?
      Drew: How bout sarcastibitch.

    • Oswald: What is your fascination with my breasts??
Lewis: It's nothing sexual. If you had a hand sticking out of your head, we'd want to shake it!

    • Drew (typing on the Internet, giving away his "real" identity to Mimi): Dear Honeybee, I want to explain my sudden disappearance. The time we spent together was... (Pauses to drink beer) ...special. (Drinks even more beer) And after you, whipped cream will never taste as sweet. Though I would love to continue our tryst, I think it's only right that I try to fix my life and put the pieces back together. I think I've put Hillary through enough already.
