When Oswald meets Drew at home at the end of the episode, Drew is in the kitchen and you hear the front door open, although you never hear it close (although you could pretend that Oswald forgot to close it). Also, as soon as you hear the door opening, you immediately see Oswald entering the kitchen. It should have taken at least a few seconds for Oswald to get through the living room and into the kitchen.
After Drew misses his first shot during the pool game with Jack, pool balls are left scattered all over the table. When the camera angle changes immediately afterwards, all but one of the balls are suddenly grouped together in the center of the table, and arranged into a configuration that guaranteed they would all be sunk on Jack's next shot.
