When Drew and Kate come home they find a balloon that says "pop me." Drew picks up a pin and pops it
and finds a note. He gives it to Kate and she reads it: "Kate, look under the couch." At this point, Kate (Christa Miller) is standing on the right
side of Drew with Drew facing toward Kate. But when we cut to the next shot Kate is already at the couch on the left side of Drew bending over looking for another note. Plus, Drew has turned all the way around and is looking downward toward Kate.
Pinky disappears and is not mentioned again after going into Drew's kitchen to get more eggs.
Mimi enters covered in yellow slime, but she says that she is covered in GREEN slime. This wasn't noted in the April Fool's answers.
In "That Thing You Don't," of the same season, Kate wasn't allowed to join the band as a vocalist because she supposedly sounded bad, yet at the start of this episode, she was the first one to sing Drew to sleep, and in harmony with Oswald and Lewis no less!
When Drew calls the desk for help getting rid of the birds, he says that they are in room 107. However, when Oswald arrives, the waiter and Drew both come out of a room that says 49 on the door.
If Gus is really only 69 years old (as the news report indicates), it seems very unlikely that he would've been in the nursing home at the same time as Drew's grandfather.
When Kate and Oswald are trying to cheer Drew up, the door in the background is opened, but when Lewis tries to cheer up Drew, the door is closed without anyone being close enough to close it within that time.
The lobster Larry holds near the end when he is arrested is clearly a rubber replica.
When the pizza is delivered to Drew's house for Larry, Drew doesn't have enough money to pay for it. Nikki ends up paying the delivery man $20. Later when they are at the Warsaw, Drew goes and pays back Nikki $10.
