It's neighborhood record day and everyone's trying to make records. Hector just beat the record of stacking the most pancakes which is recorded by his sister, Jessica. She's planning to break the old record of the most records she films on a single day which is 31. Francine is doing the same thing but doesn't want Jessica to win. Soon after, Jessica receives a tip from her laptop that Frank, the hot-dog vendor, will make the record of selling the most franks. But it turns out that it was a distraction from Francine when Frank denies this. Later, Jessica has so many tips she doesn't know which fake ones are from Francine. Hector sets up a list to see which records is possible, impossible or likely. Jessica managed to film people including Shock who can possibly break records. Jessica has 30 people breaking records and she's one away from tying the record. Jessica finds out about it but she's running out of ideas. However, her assistant Gilda managed to break four records within a song. Francine is now tied the old record thanks to Gilda's skill. Jessica shows Francine to see how long Marcus can balance a sandwich with his chin. Marcus makes a record and Jessica is now tied to Francine. A crowd gathers but not only to see Francine, but Gilda. Then, Francine loses her temper. It lasts so long she breaks the record of the most temper tantrum. Luckily, Jessica filmed it and she breaks the record of the most records filmed in a day, 32.
