What I love about this show is that Ellen looks at the glass half full in everything she does so every single show makes you smile and laugh in some way. It really is a one hour getaway from all things stress, misery, etc... This show is full of entertainment, learning, yes, you do learn some things...and audience participation which is always a blast since no one is ever a loser.
The show is appealing for all ages and has something for everyone to love. If you are not watching it now you have no idea how much you are missing out!
I am in love with Ellen DeGeneres. OK, I am a heterosexual guy but I can dream. I think it happened one day when I was out of cheese. Why would the absence of cheese do that?
Watching Ellen is pure enjoyment for me. There is no other personality on T.V. that comes close to her in demonstrating vulnerability, good humor and good will. She took to her bed on stage when recovering and I realized that she was nuts. But then I thought, a crazy woman in bed, now what's wrong with that?
I think Ellen is super. Absolutely terrific and funny. I love her kind of humor. But there are some things on the show that I am just allergic to. The audience, like with most talk-shows just needs to clap for the enterance and then "sit down and shut up"!!! It feels like it's 10 minutes of cheering on each show. And then the dance segment. Is that dancing?! Skip that part! After the dancing, that is when I can tune in. That is when the show starts for real. The first 5 minutes are just horrible. Those 5 minutes takes the show down from an 8 to a 5. Seriously!
Not many people can make the ordinary so relatable, and comically so, at the same time.
In an age of sophomoric, lowest-common-denominator humour, Ellen seems a master of a more far-reaching comedy. She takes as much pleasure in interviewing the average guy/gal as she does fellow celebrities, and the joy she finds in life and exhibits on her show is enviable.
I have yet to see a guest who was truly uncomfortable under her questioning, and while she has asked "what inquiring minds want to know", she never seems to go for the jugular.
I don't watch every day, but her show is always a nice place to visit when I have the time during the day, and to put my feet up and have a cup of tea in her company. Long may she reign!
wow! moral advice from a lesbian now thats a new one. rosie o donnel, ellen whos next the gay easter bunny.all jokes aside ellen is a wanna be but some how we keep her shows on air.ellen looks alot like a clinten if you ask me,that is a gay clinten.ellen and hillary clinten look like the perfect couple dont they. both of them look like men and act like they know it all.liberals;they want gay rights, they want to abort their children from being born, and they arnt easy to enjoy an intelligent conversation with.bottom line, i hated oprah but next to ellen, oprah looks like a queen.i just didnt say that.

The Ellen DeGeneres Show is full of laughter and dance moves. I am a broadcasting student and have always loved Ellen and how she entertains on her show. The show is really fun and very up beat. We all know that she is a Lesbian, but that has no effect on how her show and is quite frankly forgotten as the energy and laughter rises. The Ellen DeGeneres Show helped me to decide that I want to be a talk-show host and to have my own show in the future. I am now attending college and learning to be on television. Ellen, is comfortable on her show and expresses individuality, that is why I would like to work with Ellen on her show. She brings a different light to the table and I honor her for it. The Ellen DeGeneres Show is my number one inspiration along with Live with Regis and Kelly.
I am single mother of four recently out of work on maternity leave. I was channel surfing one day and ran acrossed the Ellen show. One episode and I was hooked. I love her show and watch it everyday now.
I love the Ellen show. I just recently had a baby and am out on maternity leave for a few months, giving me the opportunity to watch Ellen everyday. I am always anxoius to hear what she has to say, she is so fuuny. I think that I must laugh through at least three quarters of her shows. I also really like the guests she has had on, most of the time they add to the comedy. So far I think my favorite thing was when she was making the noises through a speaker outside the coffee shop, man i was rolling on the living room floor for that one. I will have to make sure when I go back to work that I can try to schedule my lunches for the time her show is on so I can continue to watch it daily.

This show is amazing. I have never laughed so hard in my life. She is so funny and I will never understand anyone that does not find her absolutely hilarious. I could sit and youtube videos every single day of her show and never get bored. Every day and every interview there is a funny moment. Everything she brings to the show is special. I feel like we need more people like her in the world making us laugh. Her show brings a smile on everyones faces around the world and we need more of that. With the high stress world we live in now a days this light hearted show is just what you need. Her bits with Paris Hilton are always the best. The clip where they go clubbing together is one of the funnies things I have ever seen. She is just so real and the comedy doesn't ever seem forced. A simple hour of this show can put a smile on ANYBODYS face. It doesn't matter who she is interviewing. Its just as entertaining.
Ellen at her best - very funny and so genuine. As I am in Ireland we are would you believe it four weeks behind the actual show. I love the way she makes the guests feel so relaxed and then all those dancing moves - That guy from Criminal Minds - whew..
From when she comes on stage, the crowd go mad for minutes and then she tells her stories which I think are the best parts - I loved the story she did on the skunk which she found in somebody's garden and how she tried to release it from the trap without getting sprayed on. Then its the dance scene - that girl can certainly shake it!! Lets just say I love Ellen - you go girl.... I just hope one day that she finally gets to catch Mr George Clooney... can't wait for that. You go girl. x x
I watch this show every weekday morning- whether I mean to or not. I've always considered morning talk shows to be something for those 'old people', but I've officially changed my mind! It started by just happening to catch it after another one of my morning shows, I was in the middle of doing some light housework and an hour later I realized I had watched the entire episode. Since then, more and more frequently I've found myself marking it on my 'to watch' list. It is always sure to get my days started right. I'm always guaranteed a smile and even some laughter. Ellen is a real treat.
This show brings us the day-to-day comedy of Ellen DeGeneres and her guests. We get to see a little of a different style the host brought with her from stand-up. She is witty and not too harsh, which makes the show different from most-- others can be either hopelessly bland or strained and melodramatic. Ellen's guests range from actors to zookeepers. She does a lot to support animal care, from pet adoptions to health concerns. Her interview are generally light and funny, but she can be more serious if the occasion warrants. Ellen's show is one of the most fun things on daytime television.
i love the ellen degernress show sorry cant spell to some up what i have is that she is completey different and you would have to be stupid not to love her, she is the thing on the block she is so funy and tells it how it is ,love ellen, xxxx
ellen is a complete goddess she is so funny and her shows are always good,i spose i like it because she get involeved and it not all about talkin to a celeb all the time even though that is good, and she is such a loving person, i also liked the ellen t.v thingy she did series thing very good to when you came out,i think she is the generation of now and can boost the teenagers minds in there confusion. but we not here to talk about that, her shows are brillaint you dont know what to expect on her show, you get proprosal to kids playing on the pianos, it great and we hope there is more to come
I love watching this show whenever I can. Ellen is always full of energy and its nice to see that.Alot of morning talk shows are pretty boring but Ellen always makes it exciting and fun. There should be more tv hosts like her on tv. My favorite part about it is when they play games for really cool prizes. I wish I could go on that show and win something. Most talk shows do things that make people up set but Ellen is truely a good family talk show with things that make you laugh and dance around all you want.

I love the ellen degeneres show! She makes my day. I love her style, her honesty, no drama, just smiles!!! I have to get up and dance when she does. Cuz, that's me. I'm not a wanna be and neither is she! Right back at cha! Not like the rest, she is the best! Her energy is so positive and alive. It seems to rub off on me. And thats a good thing! With the world the way it is today, I need her, for the laughter and a quick pick me up. To help adjust the rest of my day, I wouldn't have it any other way! That's why I watch the ellen degeneres show everyday.....Love ya!

This show is funny, informative and generous. Ellen is such an entertainer and she seems to love giving things to people and making them feel good. Ellen likes to make people laugh, that is wonderful because everyone needs to laugh more. Ellen has great and interesting guest on her show. She has something for everyone. Her dancing is Wonderful and I love that she has everyone else dance, how great is that! I just love her. To me she is just naturally personality plus !!!!! Because everything she does seems to be so honest sincere and natural. Keep it going Ellen.
What a great choice of guest on Thursday's show. Willie is a true country legend. He was very funny and I loved hearing about the work he is doing with animals. I wish him the best. As far as Ole Larry, flat out funny and down to earth. it's nice to see money don't change everyone. I'm a 44 year old male and I admit I love Ellen as much as my wife does. I would like to see more male oriented guest I hope Ellen knows how many men really watch her show. Some day I would like to surprise my wife with a trip to her show, would love to take her during 12 day's of christmas give away's for obvious reason's. we love Ellen
I feel that what ellen had to go through with "IGGY" was totaly wrong. I feel very upset by how they treated Ellen that day. I currently have a resentment with the DAWGS assoc. I went there about three weeks ago with my therapist to get a puppy she had her eye on for a week. She was going to make it her therapy animal. When we went there the puppy was gone. My Therapist was very upset on that issue. We spoke to the head person of DAWGS and they said that the young girls who work there have the choice of where the animal goes. I was very upset at that because I found out that the puppy was given to this family who was not stable for the puppy. I know that the teens who had given her to this family was basicaly judgemental on the way the person looks and I personally do not appreciate this. I currently have four animals and they all get along great. My cat stands on the dog the rat sits on the cat and the bird stands on the rat. They get along great and they never fight. Why cant us humans do that?
Ellen is a great host anyway, and she adds humour to the show without it looking forced like other people do. She makes things effortlessly funny and gets some of her guests to take part in things like she got George Eads to do some cooking with her ages ago. Things like that improve the show as there is such a wide variety of things going on that it makes it more interesting and better to watch as you are unlikely to get bored. As well as being funny, Ellen also asks people different questions that not many people would ask. She really interacts with the audience as well as her guests which helps to keep everyone interested. This is one of the best talk shows that I have ever watched and all I can really say is to keep the brilliant standard up.
This show brightens my day when I get home from school, I don't know how she can be 24/7 in a good mood but I would need happy pills. I think alot of credit goes to her crew also, their very organized and when something goes wrong, which unfortunately doesn't happen enough cause it amuses me so, they fix it and make it a joke. Ellen always asks the right questions, and makes her show appealing to a young audience, I'm 15, and I've seen younger fans call in from time to time. I just want to thank Ellen for brightening my day, and keep your show on until I grow old please! =D
i love watching the show because it is so funny , my favorite thing about the show is the dancing i get a good laugh at everyone.i wish that i could be there to trip out like everyone else.but hey what can i say i am from a small town called coward s.c but when i take my little boy to school i come back home and clean up so i can chill and watch the show man it was funny when yall was playing musical chair and that women fell it wasent funny that sjhe fell but it was funny lol im still laughing right know about how about you.
I love the way that ellen interacts with her audience. She makes you feel comfortable and makes me laugh. I like her , David Letterman and dude who's on after Letterman. She has interesting guests and makes her show fun to watch with some of the games that I have seen. She speaks her mind, I like that in a person. I love watching her dance because you can tell that she digs dancing. I watched her on To deal or not to deal. I loved it. I like the fact that she stands up for what she believes in. And with that said and done I will always be a fan of ellens
Ellen DeGeneres is the most comical, witty talk show host around. Winner of 9 Emmy awards for her talk show. Something funny and interesting happens every single episode! It's a much-needed breath of fresh air. Ellen DeGeneres has a wide range of guests on her show from household name musical performers to the newest actors and actresses, all the way to small town people. She's a very giving person, always helping others in their endeavors. Not to mention the gifts she gives away to her audience. It puts a smile on your face every single time you watch it. Plus…it makes you dance!
I think this show is one of the most boring shows on tv. I think that they could have found a more positive show to fill the air time. Theres more important things going on in life. I'd rather watch a game show or even more soaps even though I dont think there should be anymore of them either. I'd watch the show if they had more interesting things or more family friendly things. Then again most talk shows dont think about how people have kids and how they like to spend time with each other, they lost site of that fact.
Ellen's humor is often so funny and easy to relate to. I love the dancing during the beginning of her show, it adds a lax atmosphere and she comes off as an extremely warm and caring person (on television at least). She is open about her life without giving too much information, crying on the show because of her dog showed that extremely real side to her by showing that just like everyone there are days when you can't keep it together. She also interacts very well with her guests, she can be extrememly funny and joke with them without being condescending in anyway, I would def want to go on her show if I had to choose.
