When Poof's anti-fairy counterpart, Foop, is born, it is up to Poof to save his loved ones and Fairy World from him. Timmy Turner and his godfamily have come to Fairy World to buy diapers for Cosmo, only to be accosted by Fairy Hart and the Fairy News Network, who are interested in Poof, the only know fairy baby in existence. However, the constant flashes of the cameras disturb Poof. Wanda tries warning everyone that when her son cries, bad things happen. However, the media doesn't take her seriously. Only one closeup flash makes Poof cry, causing a giant camera to appear above them, which snaps a flash and blows everyone away. Meanwhile, in Anti-Fairy World, Anti-Cosmo is bothered by the fact that there is no Anti-Poof, as there is suppose to be an Anti-Fairy for every fairy, there is even an Anti-Jorgen. He is ignorant of Anti-Wanda's wild cravings, each anything around her before her stomach begins to expand and bounce her around. When she lands on Anti-Cosmo, he then realizes that there will be an Anti-Poof. Anti-Wanda then begins to expand, before a huge puff of smoke explodes from their castle. This evil cloud rolls towards Fairy World. Wanda's motherly instincts detect this "disturbance" in the Fairy Force, before the cloud engulfs Fairy World. Once the cloud subsides, Anti-Cosmo sees his Anti-Fairy baby: cube shaped body in contrast to Poof's round body, the standard black bat wings and black crown, purple colored eyes, a black mustache and goatee and an adult voice. Anti-Cosmo decides he name him Foop, though it didn't sound as evil as thought it was in his head. However, Foop is angry that he's not the only fairy baby in existence and decides to destroy Poof. However, Anti-Cosmo tells him that he will do no such thing. He states that they will eventually conquer Fairy World and the universe, but they will do so as a family. However, Foop desires to go solo and zaps his father; Anti-Cosmo says he needs a nap, though Foop yells he doesn't, though he yawns. He then absorbs the magic of Anti-Fairy World's biggest wand to turn the place into a happy land and all the Anti-Fairies into cute, stuffed animals. In Fairy World, as the Fairies recover, Jorgen von Strangle turns up, with a fake smile. He asks Timmy and his godfamily to keep quiet about the arrival of Foop. Unfortunately, Cosmo accidentally repeats his words out loud, which Fairy Mary hears and tells everyone to panic. Jorgen tells Timmy and co. to prepare Poof for a fight; Wanda refuses to let her son do so. Timmy attempts to assert that Foop can't be that powerful. He is soon proven wrong when Foop uses his vehicle (reminiscent of Darth Vader's TIE fighter from Star Wars), blows off the Fairy World sign. Timmy and godfamily poof to Earth, while Jorgen held off Foop. Unfortunately, when he refused to disclose Poof's whereabouts, Fairy Mary answers for him. Foop then absorbs all the magic and color off Fairy World and the fairies and leave them depressed with rainclouds over their heads. He then heads to Earth to find Poof. But before that, he stops to destroy the fast food restaurant planet Burger World when he learns that they are selling Poof toys with their meals. On Earth, Timmy begins boarding up his room, as Poof begins to weld something before sleeping. Unfortunately, Cosmo uses up the reserve magic in both his and Wanda's wands. Worse, Foop arrives and unleashing the worst plagues on Dimmsdale: paper cuts, spiders, pinkeye and crazy cow disease. He then rips the roof off Timmy's house and then conjured up a spider-cow to grab both Timmy and Cosmo before blasting Wanda aside. Luckily, Poof had woken up and blasts Foop through the wall before pulling a wedgie on him. He then takes off in his X-Wing-like vehicle, followed by Foop. Foop conjures up the Ballpit of Doom, the Teeter toter of Terror and the Merry-go-round of Mayhem. However, all this is slowly making him tired, which Poof takes advantage of, by doing everything possible to make Foop sleep. Timmy also notices this as well. He frees himself from the spider-cow and uses a camera to call out to all fairies, Anti-Fairies and Burger World employees to come to Earth and sing a lullaby to lull Foop to sleep. This works, just as Foop had Poof at his mercy. Both fairy babies then fall into their respective mothers' arms. Though Foop is beaten, they need a way to fix all the damage he had done. Timmy figures that since Foop is the opposite of poof, then his cries would make good things happen. Poof ensures this by taking away Foop's bottle. His cries then reverse all the damages he had done. Foop is then locked in Abracatraz. However, his parents sneak in a nail file in his birthday cake. He swears to get out one day and destroy Poof once again. However, Poof still has his magic bottle.moreless

So Fairy Hart is annoying Wanda and Timmy because everytime Poof goes to Fairy World he is the center of attention. anti-Cosmo is watching the Fairy News Channel and wonders why is there no anti-Poof, just when anti-Wanda arrives and after several signals, he realizes she's pregnant. She gives birth a moment later (pretty fast, isn't it?) and Foop (as he is named) destroys Anti-Fairy World, Fairy World and Burger World and heads towards Dimmsdale.

There, Poof is napping and Wanda refuses to wake him up. They only have their emergency magic as Foop drained the big wand, and Cosmo wastes his poofing up a sandwich, and later wastes Wanda's making a train full of sandwiches. Foop arrives, and Poof flees. After a while, Poof figures out that to stop Foop he has to make him fall asleep, and Timmy figures it too and makes every fairy, anti-fairy and burger world employee to sing a lullaby, which succeeds, and Foop is asleep. Poof makes him cry to make stuff go back to normal.

Overall: It was a good special, with some great jokes (Jorgen's tan, Crocker on a pogo stick). 8/10.moreless

Time for a playdate...OF DOOM!

During Poof's visit to Fairy World, Anti-Wanda gives birth to his Anti-fairy counterpart...Foop! However, Foop wants to be the only fairy baby in existence and sets off on a quest to destroy Poof for good, wrecking havoc in Fairy World, Anti-fairy world and Dimmsdale in his wake! However, Cosmo's stupidity drains out the last of the magic...except for Poof's, who is left to wake up from his nap time and save the day!

The highlights of this episode included Foop, who not only was the long awaited Anti-Poof, but also incredibly funny and provided most of the humour of the episode (I won't spoil any of the jokes ;D). Also, for the first time in ages, Anti-Wanda not only had lines for a change, but also quite a large roll in the episode, being very motherly towards Foop, usually at the wrong times. One part I really enjoyed was the first proper appearance of Anti-Jorgen, with a speaking role. And finally, of course, the idea of adorable baby Poof having to save the day, and the new words he learnt on the way.

Unfortunately, Cosmo reverted to annoyingly stupid and horrible to his wife. However this time, poor Wanda didn't even say a word against him, not even calling him an idiot. This was kind of a let down, even if covered up by the humour of Foop. This particularly got to me as I thought the obnoxious Cosmo jokes had kind of stopped. Examples of his behaviour include calling Wanda selfish for something he did, and saying that Wanda can put anyone to sleep by talking, before falling asleep as Wanda begins to tell him about her day. I don't get how that's funny, but it's not the worst the "jokes" have been. Cosmo's funniest part in the episode was probably him continuously forgetting his name after Fairy Hart calls him Carl.

As per usual, this episode is incredibly zany, featuring the likes of Spider Cow, plagues of spiders, pink eye and crazy cow disease, and running jokes. This can be expected from newer Fairly Oddparents, in which something big and lively is always happening, usually involving characters running away.

In conclusion, Anti-Poof is a very fun special, even if not the best. Foop, although following the evil baby formula (EG. Stewie Griffin), is an enjoyable addition to the show, and I hope to see more of him in the future. I generally enjoyed this episode; however people who don't like zany episodes, or are instantly turned down by "Wanda Bashing" moments might enjoy some earlier FOP instead.moreless

It was an OK episode. I think it should have been a one hour special instead of a 30-minute one. But I do like that Poof gets a starring role here and he's pretty good here too. I wish they had given Foop a better name, but I guess if anti-fairies are really the opposite of fairies, then the name makes sense. The episode wasn't really too exciting, but it did have some nice moments. I also think Foop shouldn't have been born so early in the episode. He should have been born a bit later, but it was only 30 minutes. This episode just wasn't up with their Nickelodeon's usual work. Poof was a great addition to The Fairly Oddparents (there's no denying that), but he deserved better than this "special". I hope Poof gets another starring role in a special and it isn't as bad as this one was.moreless

At the very begging of the episode we were introduced to Poofs' Anti-Fairy counterpart, Foop, the extremely evil, square, child of Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda. Within the first few seconds of Foop's life he was already able talk with well rounded english accent, had well trimmed facial hair, could play the organ and insult his mothers intelligence. Foop has a bit of a Stewie Griffin Vibe, that is the old evil Stewie Griffin, the one that wasn't gay The rebellious Foop, in defiance of his parents, set out on a lone crusade to destroy Fairy World and, for some reason, defeat his new 'nemesis' Poof. The episode built towards an aerial battle between Poof and Foop in craft that resembled Darth Vader's Tie Fighter and an X-Wing Fighter. Apparently Star Wars hasn't been parodied enough. In the end Foop's own rebelliousness and infant metabolism were the cause of his downfall. I would hate to ruin the ending, but I don't think there is much that can be ruined here. Every thing was changed back to normal, good won and evil lost, the end. Not that I would expect anything different though, it's not the end that matters, it's the ride. Unfortunately I think the ride was lacking. The main grievance I had with this episode is that it lacked creativity and originality. Not that The Fairly Odd Parents were ever truly original, it's just that older episodes had clever parodies and amusing gags assembled into decent story lines. This episode was predictable and the gags were stale, we were again reminded that Cosmo is so stupid he needs diapers. Bottom line is that I think that this episode was created more to introduce a new character than to entertain. Anti-Poof is an unfitting name for this episode, hsart is much more descriptive.moreless

After I saw Fairly Oddbaby I knew there would be a Anit-Poof but I din't know He would be named Foop what can of name is that ? This is a great episode one of my favorite but if fariy have babies but how came Anit fariys have babies heck I don't know. And why do they make a poof and foop have Star Wars Starship with Poof having to Blow up a Parody of a Death Star. But Foop blows up a Burger World. This is a Awesome episode but thet should of given Foop a better name. And is Foop a parody of Stewie Griffin.moreless
