Is this the same Trixie from a "Wish too Afar" a "A Boy Who Would Be Queen". "Just the Two of Us" is one of the worst episode of Fairly Odd Parents I ever scene. It erased the views of many viewers had for Trixie in the earlier seasons. She must have been taking some serious drugs to go psycho like that. I noticed that Butch Hartman has not written nor directed this episode. As a matter of fact I think the written betrayed Trixie that way so viewers could despise her, and apparently there planned worked. As a matter of facts viewers not only end of hating Trixie, but most of the characters on the show for the way they portray them in the later episodes. I hope Butch Hartman will find a way to fix this or we will never see the earlier nicer Trixie again.moreless

  • The first episode was OK, the second episode, that's the episode I have a problem with.

    1.0
In Just The Two of Us, Timmy wishes that he and Trixie were the only living things so he can spend time with her. Now, Trixie is going insane and driving Timmy insane. So, what's so wrong with this episode? Well, first of all, it was just so stupid. Trixie was so out of character, and she just got so annoying. The main reason I didn't like this episode, though, was because of that little message they put in pointing to women. "Girls hate electronics." Hearing that put anger into my body. How dare the writers say something like that about girls! The first one, was just OK, but the second one was what brought this episode down!moreless

Wanda: Man, I feel sorry for whatever suckers that stuck with that job.

    • Timmy: Oh, great! My parents are so annoying too! (Snail pops out of his mouth) They don't have any adult friends to hang out with, and now they're gonna drag me to the opera where I'll die of boredom.
Wanda: Oh, c'mon, Timmy! No one has ever died of boredom. (At the opera, Timmy is dying of boredom) I stand corrected. (A vulture starts pecking at Timmy's head)

    • Cosmo: Uh..I'm gonna go see what Wanda's doing. (Runs under table) What are you doing?
Wanda: (Reading through "Da Rules") Seeing if its against the rules to eliminate your godchild's parents. These people are complete jerks!
Mom: Hmm..Cosmo and Wanda have been gone for awhile now.
      Dad: They must be dead!
      (Both freak out)
      Dad: Quick! Lets establish alibis!

Mom: Not much of a yard.

    • Wanda: Timmy, I'm not the one to gloat, but.. I told you so! I told you so! Ha ha ha ha!

    • Timmy: (To Trixie) I was getting some soup. We're all out of Cream of Gosh You're Pretty and I was getting some I GOTTA GET OUT OF HERE! cereal!

    • Timmy: Do you expect me to let you get away with it?
Vicky: No, Mr. Twerp, I expect you to cry!

    • Mark: (To Trixie) Earth female, as you can see from my gelatinous body and many waving tentacles, I am clearly not a boy of this earth. Shall we slide on this bed of frozen liquid, which is somehow amusing to all of you earth people?

    • Chester: And it's fun to skate without the shoes.

    • Cosmo: Ding dong!

      Cosmo: Yeah!

  • NOTES (8)

  • ALLUSIONS (5)

    • Cloud: The Game Of Love
When Cosmo poofs Wanda and him, the cloud says The Game Of Love. This is a parody of the game, The Game Of Life.

    • Game: Twisty
This is a parody of the game Twister.

    • Timmy: Oh no, my snail sense is tingling!
This is obviously a pun of Spiderman's famous quote, "My spider sense is tingling!"

    • Fairy Friends and Neighbors:
Timmy: Do you expect me to let you get away with it?
Vicky: No, Mr. Twerp, I expect you to cry!
This is a reference to that scene in Goldfinger where 007 is strapped to a table and a laser is aimed toward him. 007 says "Do you expect me to talk?" and Goldfinger says, "No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die!"

    • Fairy Friends and Neighbors: The Gilded Lily This is a parody of the famous Italian restaurant "Olive Garden."
