In Genie Meanie Minie Moe Vicky's head is turned into Norm's and in Back to Norm Vicky's head is turned into Norm's lava lamp.

The record Timmy found in Genie Meanie Minie Moe is a tribute to Pink Floyd's 1973 epic record Dark Side Of The Moon,which released such singles as Breath and Money,and lasted on the charts for over a decade. -
Back to Norm: Scene
When Crocker tried to trick Timmy by painting the part of the desert rock with a tunnel and an image of Trixie Tang with ice cream, this is a spoof of what Wile E. Coyote tries to do to the Road Runner; however, the result is the same as any time this happened with the Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote. -

The title is a pun off "Eenie Meanie Minie Moe". -
Perry Mason: The lawyer who helps Timmy to be free of Norm is a parody of Perry Mason, a character of the old TV series Perry Mason.

This is a spoof of the restaraunt KFC. In addition, Colonel Hartman, which is a parody of Colonel Sanders from KFC, is named after Butch Hartman, the creator of the Fairly Oddparents.
