AJ (2001 - 2002)
Mr. Denzel Crocker/Mr. Crocker
In one scene in Twistory, Washington chops Timmy's desk in half. Yet in another scene, the desk is fixed.
In Hail to the Chief, Cosmo and Wanda yank Shakespere out of history, but in Twistory, they warn Timmy against doing that.
Ben Franklin's kite was in his left hand for one part of Twistory, but then it switched to his right hand during another part.
In Hail to the Chief, notice that Elmer usually has his boil on his left cheek. But at the end, when he approaches Timmy, it's on his right cheek.
In Twistory, Timmy said, 'And if I had another friend, we would talk about Thomas Jefferson.' Elmer or Sanjay could have been Thomas Jefferson because they're Timmy's friends.
(After Tad and Chad cut in line)
Timmy: Forget it, we were here first!
Tad: Co-president Chad, do you hear some non-student body-president talking?
Chad: No, I don't co-president Tad, but I do know this: student-body presidents get first in line previliges.
Timmy: Well yeah? What about me, the common student, what do I get?
(Timmy is launched by a secret trap door into the trashcan)
Wanda: Oh no! Everything is turning British!
TV Repairman: Hey you're the kid on the dollar! Can I have your autograph?
Timmy: Who am I? John Hancock.
Timmy's Mom: (To Timmy) That's it! You know how your father gets when he's around people who are on money!
Cosmo: Yeah, and one of them is gonna change America into a democratic rat hole!
Timmy: Good idea, Cosmo! Boy, there's three words I never thought I'd use in a sentence...
Mom: You know you're not allowed to touch the money, dear!
Cosmo: Or they might just be on the toilet...
Cosmo: Well, that's politics, you win a few, you lose a lot!
Cosmo: You'll have to do something bad to be impeached! I'll get the monkey!
Timmy: I can't even go to the bathroom by myself!
Cosmo: Hey, neither can I!
Principal: I'm frosting intolerant!
Timmy: I'm Timmy Turner, and I want to be, or not to be...
Shakespeare: Oh, I love that line!
Timmy: That loser!
Cosmo: We can drive your election -- right into the ground!
Cosmo: You'll have to win the old fashioned way -- BUY YOUR WAY IN!
Chester: Oh, boy, gruel!
Timmy: Piece of cake...
(A girl pukes)
Trixie: Wow, you're .001% more of a person in my eyes now, Timmy!
Timmy: This stinks!
Cosmo: I'll say, it smells like feet in here!
Cosmo: How about a monkey on a unicycle wearing a hat?
Mom: Don't touch the money, dear.
Benedict Arnold: C'mon, sign it! Or I mean, sign it really big.
John Hancock: I love signing things really big!
Thomas Jefferson: Well if you like, you can sign really big.
Mom: You know how your dad gets when he's around people on the money. Out!
Timmy: I know who I'm voting for!
John Hancock: You call that a signature?!
Dad: I'm touching a pound note!
Mom: I'll take that, love.
Timmy: I have an idea! And wax burns!
Cosmo: I'll think of an idea. Wait for it... wait for it... wait for it...
Timmy: (Puts a candle on top of Cosmo's head)
Cosmo: I have an idea!
Wanda: (In a British accent) Oh no with out are wands we can't turn anyhing without magic!
Timmy: (Also in a Brittish accent) I say this is a bit of a sillywicket! (Back in American accent) I mean dude this is horrible!
Washington: Must chop wood!
Timmy: And if I had another friend, we would talk about Thomas Jefferson.
Wanda: It's not over until the fat lady votes!
Cosmo: The principal can vote?
Character Debut(s): George Washington, Benedict Arnold, Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin.
The quote "Must... chop... wood!" is spoken 3 times in Twistory.
The Declaration of Independence: The document called "The Declaration of Surrenderpendence" is an obvious parody of this document.
Hail to the Chief: Music
"Hail to the Chief" is the song that is played when the President is about to make an appearance or speech.
George Washington's obsession with wood is probably taken from the old tale of him chopping down a cherry tree and being honest because "he cannot tell a lie"
Hail to the Chief: Title
Hail to the Chief is also an episode of the Pokémon series.
Twistory: John Hancock
Benedict Arnold told John Hancock to sign the Declaration of Surrenderpendence really big. John Hancock's response was that he like signing things really big, a spoof of John Hancock signing the Declaration of Independence really big.
When Jefferson mentioned that his best lines were being cut out of the Declaration of Indepedence, it was a reference to the actual history. After he wrote the original it was completely revised where probably his best lines were cut out of the Declaration of Independence.
Twistory: George Washington Chopping Wood
George Washington's crazy desire for chopping wood is slightly reminiscent of an old Sesame Street News Flash segment where Kermit the Frog interviews George Washington's father.
Benedict Arnold: And I would've gotten away with it too if it weren't for that meddling kid.
When Benedict Arnold said this, it was a reference to a quote often used by Scooby-Doo's villians, most particularly on the series What's New, Scooby-Doo? (which also featured many of the same cast members of The Fairly OddParents.)
Twistory: Title Card
The title card is a reference to the famous painting, "The Spirit of '76."
Hail to the Chief: Title Card
The title card features Mount Rushmore, but with Wanda, Cosmo and Timmy's heads replacing those of Thomas Jefferson, Teddy Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln, respectively.
Twistory: Time Scooter
Timmy's use of the Time Scooter is a reference to the movie, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure.
