I thought that this was a pretty good episode of "The Fairly OddParents". This episode wasn't my favorite and it could have been better but it was an overall good episode and I liked it for the most part. It was interesting to see a Tom and Jerry parody in this episode. Timmy, Cosmo, and Poof watch this violent but classic cartoon called "Sleezy and Cheesy" and Wanda thinks that it's a bad influence on Poof so she takes away the television. Poof wanted to watch more "Sleezy and Cheesy" so he turns Vicky into Sleezy the cat and Timmy into Cheesy the mouse. Man, I hated that Vicky is back since she is rarely appears in this show now. I was hoping to see her anymore but she apparently came back and I hope she doesn't appear in anymore because I really don't like her. Once again, Mr. Turner and Mrs. Turner are being jerks doing their stuff in the house and ignore Timmy. I don't think I really laughed much at this episode. I think I only laughed when Wanda was being distracted by that Spending money commercial or something like that and when Vicky (back to her human self) was chasing the milk truck at the end of the episode. Overall, this episode was pretty good but it could have been better. 7.5/10moreless

So Wanda doesn't let Poof watch violent toons so she takes the TV , Cosmo tries to Poof another one but can't so Poof turns Vicky and Timmy into Sleazy and Cheesy, and he enjoys it. So Cosmo and Wanda didn't cover the violenice like in Channel Chasers, and I thought that it was cute when Vicky thought she was still a cat after the wish was over, also Wanda and Mom buying stuff toghtether!!! I didn't like Dad ditching Timmy for a pice of molden cheese, and the best line of the episode was when Cosmo said by the end: Kenny G has got the BLT on the SUV!moreless

This episode was alright. I do think they could've come up with something better than a rip-off of Tom and Jerry (Sleezy and Cheesy), though. I also wish they would make Cosmo slightly smarter now that he has a kid and make Timmy a bit more mature. But, oh well. Anyway, I think this episode was somewhat funny, but barely. It wasn't boring, but it could've been so much better. I don't like how they're making it seem like Timmy's parents practically hate him and want nothing to do with him. They may not have ever paid much attention to him, but they certainly didn't treat him that way. But I must say, I do like the Tom and Jerry parody of Vicky and Timmy, but it was already used in Channel Chasers. That was my favorite part.moreless

Overall, this episode wasn't bad but it could've been much better. It was interesting that we got to see Vicky in an episode after all this time even though I don't really like her. Also, the Tom and Jerry parody with Vicky as a cat and Timmy as a mouse was already used in the movie Channel Chasers, so that made the plot of this episode seem kind of weak. One more thing I didn't like was how Timmy's dad blew him off to hang around with a rotten piece of cheese. Must his parents always be such jerks to him? Although, I did like how we saw Wanda talk to Poof and act more like she was his mother, and I liked it when Wanda was a parrot and she talked Timmy's mom into buying all those things even though she was blowing Timmy's college money. My favorite part was probably near the end when Vicky ended up in the garbage can and she continued to act like a cat. All in all, a decent episode, but by no means the best one of the week.   At the end when Baby Poof winds up changing Wanda and Cosmo into Punchie and Munchie (respectively), the poof cloud reads "H & B!" This is a reference to the Hanna-Barbera Cartoons studio, creator of famous TV cartoons like The Flintstones, Yogi Bear and Scooby-Doo, and was in operation from 1957 to 1999. Founders William Hanna and Joseph Barbera also co-created Tom and Jerry at MGM in 1940 (as "Sleazy and Cheezy" are a parody of Tom and Jerry), and Fairly OddParents series creator Butch Hartman and executive producer Fred Seibert worked at Hanna-Barbera in the studio's final years. To add to the H-B reference, the characters Punchie (a boxing kangaroo) and Munchie (an alligator) resemble Hanna-Barbera cartoon characters from the early 1960s (Munchie especially looks like Wally Gator.)
