In reference to the question of Cosmo's non-reaction to the low oxygen is likely a reference to his stupidity.
Or the fact he lost his lungs earlier. (Along with his spleen and stomach.)
On the planet that seems to Have oxygen, why was Wanda suffocating and Cosmo wasn't?
Reply: He puked up his lungs earlier in the episode.
Cosmo poofs them to another planet at the end where Timmy and Wanda can't breathe. (He lost his lungs, so he can). But in "TransParents" Fairies didn't have to breathe, so Wanda shouldn't be turning blue. Also In "Channel Chasers" Cosmo Says that he and Wanda Don't have to breathe because they are magic
Timmy: I thought you said the plant was harmless!
Cosmo: Seemingly harmless!
Timmy: (Gasping) Air. Cosmo, you idiot.

Jorgen: "Any more?" When did you start?

Rikki Don't Lose That Number is a famous song by Steely Dan. Vicky uttered the first half of the song's chorus. The rest of the chorus goes, "Rikki don't lose that number, it's the only one you own. You might use it if you feel better, when you get home."
