This is barely the second time we see inside Cosmo and Wanda's castle, the first time was in "Hassle in the Catsle".
Dad: (Sees the razor) What's this sharp thing? (turns it on) Ahhh! (Drops it on the ground, the razor saws a hole through the ground and he falls through) Eureka! I think I've broken my Eureka!!
Cosmo: Geoghraphy, Geology, Geometry. I don't see what the problem is, they all start with a "J"
Wanda: Here's another "J" word, J-idiot!
Dad: And this is a parallel-o-thingy!
Mr. Turner: Eureka! That's not only a phrase, but a city in both California and Kansas!
Cosmo: Hey! Only Timmy gets to touch the bowl!
Wanda: You know, this is a giant waste of time. The minute Timmy is alone, we're poofing back to him.
Remy: You forgot, I know all about fairies and their weaknesses. Like butterfly nets?
(Cosmo and Wanda try poofing out, but to no avail)
Cosmo: Ah, oh no, our magic! Where's it gone?!
Wandisimo: What? Did I hear that the magic is gone between you two?
Cosmo: Wasndisimo, please, Wanda's right here!
Timmy: Geography is so hard. I can't find America on this stupid globe, all I can find is USA.
AJ: I've got an idea, but it's pretty bold. (walks over to the other side)
Timmy: Duh.
The real last time Timmy wished to be super-smart was in the episode "Smarty Pants".
Also note that that the episode "Smart Attack" has a similar concept with "Smarty Pants" (i.e a character who is considered a lack wit is wished into becoming a super-smart know-it-all).
Running Gag: Scientists and robots not comprehending emotions (resulting with them comically exploding).
"Operation F.U.N." marks the end of Timmy and Remy's truce from "The Big Bash".
Look Hard:
In this episode, the desks in Timmy's class are arranged so that they touch side-to-side, instead of top-to-bottom, how it usually was.
Running Gag:
Timmy faints several times because of disgusting things said by Dad.
Look Closely:
In the junk shed, you can see the Lost Ark as well as the Stanley Cup.
Announcer: And the award goes to Dr. Gleebenglooben!
The name "Dr. Gleebenglooben" is a reference to the song "Pretty Fly for a White Guy" by Offspring, in which the phrase "Glooben-gleeben-globben-glooben" is heard before the song begins.
Title: Smart Attack.
The title could be an indirect allusion to Disney show Art Attack.
Title: Smart Attack
This is an obvious spoof of a Heart Attack.
Episode Title: Operation F.U.N.
This makes a reference to the cartoon: Codename: Kids Next Door, in which almost every episode title has "Operation..." in it.
Superbrain: This looks like a job for... Superbrain!
The music that played during this scene was taken from the original Batman series starring Adam West, and the signal in the sky was a parody of the Bat-signal. Also, Superbrain's "This looks like a job for... Superbrain!" quote is a parody of Superman's "This looks like a job for... Superman!"
Smart Dad: Appearance
Smart Dad's appearance closely resembles that of Albert Einstein's.
