This is the second time that Timmy swaps bodies with Doydle.

The policeman said that he recognizes Crocker by his tattoo and kidney scar, but how can he if they are covered by his shirt?

There's a car in Mama Cosma's driveway. Why would she need one if she can fly and teleport?

Kracken are shown at one part of the episode, and they fit in the city. Yet later, a giant squid shows up, which is much larger than the city. Aren't kracken and giant squid supposed to be the same size?

Timmy and Wanda seems to have no clue that Cosmo sunk Atlantis, but they heard Jorgan say he did this in This is Your Wish.

When Timmy is back in his own body after switching places with Francis. Francis looked beat up. But when Crocker is in Timmy's body Francis looked fine.

In The Temp, it's said that when a fairy godparent is temporarily absent, a substitute must be sent (in that case, Santa's elf). But in Presto Change-O nobody is sent to replace Cosmo and Wanda while they are taking care of Mama Cosma.

The rules may have changed.

In the beginning of the episode when Timmy changes to a different person, the magical watch stays with him when he changes. At the end of the episode he has to take the watch off the person he has just changed out of.

In Latin America version, the people of Atlantis calls Cosmo "El Inombrable" (The nameless one). In Brazil, where he's called "O Abominável" (The abominable one).

When Timmy shows Greg "Wet Willie, the Movie", Greg runs away to the dock, screaming "Utopia, here I come!" But, he lives in Atlantis, not Utopia.

RE: As Timmy said in the trial, Utopia means "good, clean", So Greg Screamed "Utopia, here I come!" Because he wanted to come back to Utopian Atlantis.
