    • After Timmy is transformed into an adult, Cosmo and Wanda's reaction was "ewwww", but watch their mouths, they are out of sync with the words and they seem to be saying something else.

  • Quotes

    • Timmy: (while eating in the restaurant, the waiter puts the bill on his table) What's this?
      Waiter: The bill.
Timmy: That goes to my... (realizes there are two chairs that are vacant by him) parents.
Waiter: Very amusing, sir. That'll be $265.
Timmy: What?! That's more than I get on a allowance! I mean, that's more than I make in a month.
Waiter: Well, you should've finish college.
      Timmy: Did you finish college?
Waiter: (burst into tears) NO! Why do you think I'm a waiter?!

    • Fairy Keeper: Fairy grant for Cosmo and Wanda.
      Cosmo: I'm Cosmo and Wanda.

    • Wanda: Don't worry, Timmy. Things will be better in the morning.
      Timmy: You think so?
Cosmo: We don't know. (Wanda kicks him) Owie!

    • (After looking at himself on the mirror)
Timmy: I don't have any hair!
Wanda: Sure you do, it's here on your back!

    • (After being transformed into an out-of-shape adult)
Timmy: Well, how do I look?
      Cosmo and Wanda: Eewwww??

    • Vicky: (Handing out fliers) Have you seen this twerp? Have you seen this twerp?? HAVE YOU SEEN THIS TWERP?!?

    • Guard: Jail's for creepy adults, not creepy kids!

    • Timmy: You guys don't do anything halfway, do you?
Cosmo: Nope, we're two halves of a whole idiot.

    • Timmy's Dad: You're not old enough for this movie, and we're not taking YOU! Ain't pronouns a kick?

    • Vicky: Hey! I heard happy! What's going on?

    • Francis: Hey! Shaving will be fun!

    • (At the cinema, adult Timmy is watching a movie...)
Timmy: Finally, I can see a grown-up movie.
(On the screen, it shows an adult couple kissing passionately...)
Timmy: Ewww, gross! Adults making out!
(In the row in front of Timmy, his parents are kissing each other romantically...)
Dad: You know, I bet Timmy would think this is gross!
      Timmy: (screaming) AHHHH!!!!! It BURNS!!!

    • Timmy: (After trying aftershave) OWWWWW! They call this soothing?!

    • Wanda: I'm carsick.
      Cosmo: I'm Cosmo.

    • Older Timmy: Vicky! I've never been so happy to see you in my -- actually, I've never been happy to see you.

    • Vicky: Okay, twerp, go to bed.
      Timmy: But it's only 6:04.
Vicky: But is 9:04 on the East Coast. (grabs Timmy by his shirt) BED!
(in Timmy's room, the clock reads 6:05)
Cosmo: Now it's 9:05 on the East Coast!

    • Timmy: At least I'm big in my parent's size.
      Dad: Hey, short stuff!

  • Notes

    • According to the FOP movie Channel Chasers, whoever has had (a) fairy godparent(s) is not supposed to recognize it/them anymore when that person has grown up.

    • First appearance of A.J. and Chester.

    • "The Big Problem" can be found on the Game Boy Advance Video Cartridge Nicktoons Collection: Volume 1.

    • During the theme song, when they ride in the cart before they sing "really mod", Cosmo's tie is missing. This happens throughout the series.

    • Coincidentally, this episode was once shown on Wednesday March 22, which is when Wanda said Cosmo had an idea.

    • Vicky's Head Gag: Toilet

Apparently, the gag is related to the fact that it was revealed in this episode that Timmy goes to the bathroom every day at the same time.

    • Running Gags:
The whole "hair on the back" bit, and saying shaving will be fun, only to cut yourself among doing so; among hearing the name "Vicky" something breaks or dies (if the latter is a plant or some kind of small animal).

    • Running Gag (of the series): Timmy saying he got all his wishes from the Internet.

  • Allusions

    • Timmy: I wish I was older! (Turned into a man in his 40's)
This is an allusion of the 1988 movie Big starring Tom Hanks on which he "wished to be big" and was turned into a man in his late 30's
