  • Trilogy review: Advetorous, funny and touching (I guess)

    9.0
Okay, so it starts up all epic and stuff. i mean there's matrix, lord of the rings, harry potter. Then his godparents became bubble gum and timmy was left alone in the world where everyone forgot him. Then he became the chosen one like yea. But when he defeated it in the first episode it came back again and then sacrificed his life (aww) by jumping into the darkness. But he got out again (boo) and then its time he faced the new villain. And its a happy ending.

    The Big Beginning:

The starting was alright i guess. I mean it had a little comedy taken from the series here and there. The action was pretty mild. So, its not bad. And didn't Chester and AJ know that fairies. I mean, hello, they were practically with him the whole time during Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3. And i actually wanted them to allie. It would have been so cool but never mind.

    The Exciting Middle Part:

Hmm, im not very sure about this one. There was comedy and there was cuteness when it came to Poof. And Timmy and Mark are like my favourite duo in FOP. He ganged up with his enemies (why Dark Laser??? I was thinking of Gary or something). And then came the parody of Star Wars (Not a fan so i didn't find that much fun in it). And at the end he kissed Trixie (Im a Tootie x Timmy fan. so, aww) and then he sacrificed his life for his families and friends. At that part i was like "Aww, it's the sweet Timmy again"

    The Final Ending:

Okay, loads of people hate this part. But i LOVED it. It's like the total climax of the whole movie and a new villain was formed. The fact that many people did not like the last part when the darkness became his happy person. I dont think they realised that it was suppose to be a spoof of teletubbies. LOL. Okay, but i love it.

    Overall:

I want this to be the last episode of Fairly Oddparents. It's as epic as the last Danny Phantom episode. Full of AWESOMENESS.

  • So bad that I thought it was great because it is so bad.

    1.0
Yeah yeah, I know. The hordes of kiddies are going to tear me apart in the ratings for this one. But it had to be said, this is the worst "tv special" of ANY animated cartoon series on any network. The much advertised movie parodies were little more than 3 minute gags, while the rest was just useless filler involving horribly CGI-animated slack jawed stock villain robots.

Not to mention all of the parodies have already been done before, in FOP tv movies made YEARS ago. They're still recycling the same jokes. None of the other characters had any importance, they just showed up on screen and said their usual stock phrases before disappearing for thirty minutes.

The much talked about Trixie and Timmy plot was pretty tasteless as well. Suddenly, Trixie loves Timmy because he can grant her wishes. Yeah, they took the easy way out. Oh, and if you're interested in seeing Timmy's other (better) love interests such as Tootie or Veronica, don't bother. They never show up, not even in the background group shots. Vicky and Mr. Crocker also have reduced rules, taking a back seat to the suddenly all important Dark Laser, a character that by all rights should have been sued into non-existence oblivion by George Lucas's rabid lawyers.

All and all it was pretty much a lazy effort on the FOP crew's part. The final villain just suddenly pulled a face turn and is a good guy all along. Very little of the back story revealed about the Fairies makes sense and will probably be forgotten about in the new episodes, much like everything else that happened in this stinker, thanks to Jorgen's memory wipe which was probably the best part of the movie and it wasn't even shown on screen.moreless
  • Okay,I hated the ending.

    6.0
Timmy defeats the Darkness with another stupid wand and bla bla bla.I just want to get to the point that this was worthless. The ending was so horrible that there was the stupidest secret hidden in this episode. The Darkness was looking for some friends. What the heck?!That is very very very very stupid! He looked very evil and he was just this stupid smiley face.People ruined Trixe and Timmy's kiss. And worst of all,the ending was so very horrible.Jorgan said that he will wipe all of the people's memory and Timmy will go back to being a loser.Dang it,Jorgan!Same on you!You just ruined everything and you messed it all up.Timmy could have had a grilfriend,a nice babysitter and his parents could have made good friends with Cosmo and Wanda. You suck,Jorgan. You suck. The ending sucked, but it was a good episode.moreless
  • A Special that was filled with action packed excitement, Horrible Ending.

    8.0
I loved all three specials to Wishology, I loved how everyone fought along side Timmy, I thought the special had a spark of the Old Classic Nickelodeon. I loved how Timmy's secret was exposed, Trixie and Timmy were both in love then. But The ending really sucked, The KindNess. WTF?!? and Jorgen sucked the excitement right out of the room on his last lines, "I'm erasing everyones memory of this". What The Hell Nickelodeon? I thought, I really really thought, you were going to put out a Special that was top notch, Like the Top Notch material we have not seen since the 90's, but no, a cheesy ending like that? You've gone freakin' Disney on us. Nickeldeon you've ruined The Fairly Oddparents series by that special, you came close to killing it introducing Poof, yeah the series got edgy, right then and there, but a "The Final Ending" of the Wishology movie, that's just road kill. Everyone who watches this will love the begining and middle of it, But will be bummed by the end.

Nickelodeon has been digging itself a hole for a long time and it just gets deeper and deeper. That Special tonight just dug itself into Jimmy Hoffa's Grave, where is it? we haven't a clue. Nickelodeon and Viacom must wise up.moreless
  • Worst ending ever! But good throughout most of it.

    8.0
After seeing the second one, I couldn't wait to see this one! At first, I was disappointed by the start when I thought they didn't show how Timmy defeated the blackhole, but then I learned he was still in it which made it better! For most of it, it had very well done suspense and comedy, but not as good as the other two. Now onto the ending, I have just three words to say; WORST ENDING EVER!!! One thing I didn't like was the darkness becoming a smiley face and making everything at peace or something. I mean it was just stupid. It made it seem like it came out of a four-year-old's show, especially when it said, "Friend." OK, creeeeepy. But the worst part of it was at the ending when Jorgan said he was gonna wipe their memories. I mean, I know it's in the rule book, but why couldn't he have just let this one slide? It would've made a good ending. Timmy's Mom and Dad would've become friends with Cosmo and Wanda, Viki would stop being a jerk to Timmy knowing the power he contains, Chester and AJ would've been the same probably, Trixie would've been his girlfriend and best of all, Timmy wouldn't have to hide his secret anymore! But no! They just HAD to erase their memories. Even my Uncle (who loves FOP BTW) even said the writers probably came up with the ending in five seconds. OK, so this one was the worst one out of the three part trilogy. It gets a C+, though. Teen_Tomboy out!moreless
