    • TRIVIA (1)

      • We learn in this episode that Alex Clark and U.S. Attorney Franklin Shore graduated from Georgetown and Diane Ruckeyser graduated from Yale.

    • QUOTES (2)

      • (to Mitch at the conclusion of the suppression hearing)
Judge Kerzan: Mr. McDeere, what you did saved a lot of lives. As a human being I thank you for that but, as a judge, I'm not sure the law can endorse it.

      • Diane Ruckeyser: What is going on with you?
        Mitch: I'm fine.
Diane: You're not fine, you're not anything close to fine. You're a wreck. You want to pick a fight with me, you can. Will it change anything? It won't. You got yourself into a mess, Mitch, and it's not going away. So you can stand here and yell at me or go help your family start moving forward.
Mitch: Might be easier to yell at you.
        Diane: I'm sure.
