Tammy: (calling after him as he is about to leave the office) Mitch!
Mitch: (turns to face her) Tammy, I know that this is bigger than we thought, and it's scary, but we will get through this.
Tammy: Thank you for that. I just was going to tell you you have mustard on your tie!

Judge Kerzan: This is a court of law, Counsel. You don't get to argue whatever you think might work. You said he was there, that was your choice.
Mitch: And if he wasn't?
Judge Kerzan: You should have said so from the start. But the truth still has a place in my court. You don't get a do-over because you think another theory plays better. Opening statements aren't evidence. I'll instruct the jury to disregard any mention of DNA.
Mitch: I want that mistrial.
Judge Kerzan: And I want a month's vacation in Hawaii. It's a disappointing day all around. Let's continue.
