When Barry talks to Tina in the lab starting at the 7:45 mark, the clock in the background says 3:20. From then on, the closeup shots of Tina show the clock at 3:26 and the medium shots of Tina and Barry show 3:20.
The Trickster begins his act (sawing Megan in half) by starting his chainsaw and cutting a head off a mannequin. After the intro of the show is over, he starts the chainsaw all over again.
This is the first time that Barry has ever went over 150 miles in one continuous run.
After The Flash rescued Megan from Trickster, the two return to Barry's apartment. There, in the conversation between Barry, Megan, and Tina, Megan mentions knowing what happens when Tina doesn't get enough sleep... the all-girl gang. This is a reference to the Black Rose Gang, but the incident she is referring to doesn't happen until the next episode. And it wasn't Tina that wasn't getting enough sleep, it was Barry's nightmares that caused them to try the alpha wave experiment to calm Barry's dreams. And in the same conversation Tina says that she has to get going but less than two minutes later Barry is saying that he will make tea and they can all sit down and catch up.
Among the headlines on the newspaper Barry has; "Jews Committed to Equality", "Small Plane Crashes, 4 Aboard Die" and "U.S. Destroys Nuclear Missiles".
A reporter mentions that the state has reenacted the death penalty after fifteen years. This is in direct conflict with the episode "Shroud of Death" where it was said to have been only ten years since the last execution.
When Whisper smashes into the big clock, he supposedly stopped it at one minute to midnight. However, during the actual smashing the hands move to different positions, then it's back to 11:59 in the very next scene.
The bulk of this episode actually occurred in "real time" as the series 24 would years later, as the clocks in the background match the air time, until the last six minutes.

When Tina is talking to Barry through the satellite uplink, that Julio puts together, she is facing directly in front of the camera. However, on Barry's monitor she is facing to the side as if the camera was to her right instead of straight on.
How can Ruth, who is the Chief Administrator of Star Labs, not know what the alarm for contamination lockdown is? She should have been going to get Tina instead of the other away around.
While Gideon tries to gain computer access, he types in "ura" and then hits the enter button. But the screen shows that he is still entering an additonal two letters to the access code.
When the invisible Gideon first comes into the lab to access a computer, you can see a piece of twine on the seat of the chair. It's used to make it look like it's being moved by Gideon.
Tina can't contact Barry over the phone because the lines were cut, so she sends him a fax. How did a fax work if the phones were out?
Notice that Flash's earpieces wiggle as he's trying to convince Gideon to give him the anti-toxin and take his story to the media? The wings are suppose to be fixed and metallic, they would not move in such a way.
The physics behind Gideon's cloaking device has a slight flaw. If the belt bends light waves around Gideon, it would make him invisible, but it would also make him blind for no light waves would reach his eyes.

During the scene at the restaurant, the shooter is across the road at the courthouse. The words "Veritas, Aequalitas, Justitia" are engraved in the building and means; Truth, Equality and Justice.
