  • A green smart-alikey alien comes to Fred and Barney's service, granting their every wish, but theres, one catch, only those two can see him. How silly!

Fred and Barney meet an alien named Gazoo, sarcastic and refers to them as "dumb-dumbs". This episode is alright but, what the heck has happened to "The Flintstones"?! The show used to be, despite having possibly the most continuity problems than any other show, was realistic, with some humor added of course, now it's just some preschool television show, not expanding to the teenage and adult audience as it used to. Don't get me wrong, the show was still good, but I think they should've dropped Gazoo and thought of something else.
  • While Fred and Barney are out on the road, a meteor crashes to Earth and barely misses Fred's car. The meteor turns out to be a spacecraft containing a little green man named Gazoo. Gazoo has been banished to earth and now must serve Fred and Barney.

The death of Harvey Korman (Who was the voice of Gazoo) in June 2008 prompted me to take a look at this episode again. While he was only featured on the show for a short time, The Great Gazoo was a welcome addition to "The Flintstones." He provided some very good jokes and very clever dialouge while in the service of those two "dum-dums." While the storyline was a bit predictable (It was obvious Gazoo would not appear to give Fred and Barney the money for the bill), the episode was still funny and very entertaining. Definitely worth your time.
