  • Pretty good and sad episode

First thing I have to say that if you don't like this show, don't stop by to criticize it. That's just a waste of your time. This was a very good episode. I dare say better than the first one. The case was solid and believable. You wouldn't believe how many homicides are committed whose motive was something so stupid. Or fear for being discovered or caught. I liked the whole intro about choosing a family. And Jane Doe was right, you choose a husband, you choose his family too. I like how the whole team work together and think different and with that they're able to find out more leads. I hated Walter being all defensive with the manager but I have to admit that he did a good job approaching the other lady and getting what he needed.

Good to learn more about the two female characters. This is the way it should be done, little by little.moreless
  • A Jane Doe is found in an alley in a weird shaped box. The team establishes the identity pretty quickly and then works to figure out who murdered her. Some nice twists at the end keep us guessing.moreless

A much better episode than the one that was used for the Pilot. There is still one thing that nags me and that's the risk these people take in general. You have non-licensed, unarmed civilians intermixing individually with perspective murders and criminals. Not a very healthy thing to be doing. I would think that any visits would be done in pairs always.

In this episode the case was much more like a standard procedural. I would have thought the police would become more involved once the girls identity had been found out. Of course we must always suspend a certain amount of belief in these kind of shows anyways.

I think the plot in general was pretty clever with some nice twists and turns and some unexpected stops in the story. Everyone on the team produced something to fill in the blanks and helped to make this a successful case. I must admit that Walter needs to tone it down a little. Dressed as a phone repair man asking for security footage for a murder case. I'm pretty sure anyone would have reacted the way the hotel manager did. I think his second approach was much better.

Also, don't you think that these people probably have had background checks of some kind and should have some kind of identification they carry with them. Most people will not answer questions for complete strangers. Taking all of that into account, I found this to be a fairly entertaining program.

Improved from last week and definitely going in the right direction. Maybe the forgotten won't be as quickly as we all thought! Thanks for reading...moreless
