Loco Legs is the first episode of the debut season of Nickelodeon's The Fresh Beat Band. Shout is a member of The Fresh Beats, and he is so excited about performing in the show. However, he develops a case of loco legs, which threatens his ability to perform. The other members of the band come to his aid, and they develop a plan to guarantee Shout will join them on stage.
