After Will loses rock, paper, scissors and Will goes "don't paper get anything?" and then when Carlton goes "paper gets to ride his bike" and he leaves you can see he's wearing Nike tennis shoes which is unusual because the shoes that Carlton normally wears are dress shoes.
Will: (about Eric) Man, C, I thought you sucked up. You're a dust buster compared to that dude.
Carlton: Oh yeah? Well when I'm his age, I'll be twice the suck-up.
(Philip is handed a suopena by a state marshal)
Philip: I don't believe this. Eric is suing me for the damages to his car.
Carlton: Can he do that?
Philip: Will is a minor; I am his guardian.
Will: Wait, you mean I buy a car, I don't get insurance, I get in a wreck, and you get sued?
Philip: Thats right, Will.
Will: Works for me.
(Philip chases Will from the room)
Philip: Jazz, can you give us your account?
Jazz: Can't. They closed my account. They said I was writin' bad checks. But my checks were completely legible.
Will: Jazz, you want me to delibaretly disobey Uncle Phil...won't be the last time.
Geoffrey: A wise butler hears nothing, sees nothing, and takes detailed notes for his book. (suddenly hears a car accident) Ah, another chapter.
(Jazz and Will watching a movie)
Philip: I'll be back soon Vivian. I'm gonna get a snack.
Will: Jazz, hide.
Jazz: I thought your uncle was asleep.
Will: He must have had that recurring nightmare where he misses a meal.
Will: Look at this license plate. It used to say Cold Chillin'. Now it just says Old Chili.
Eric: Will, I'll see you in court.
Jazz: Court? There's a hoop and ball out back. We can go now, sucker.
