Carlton feels overshadowed by Will, who's become a basketball star at school. The competition between the two continues throughout the entire episode, but the last shot of the game will determine who is king. Is Will's conscience going to allow him to do the right thing?

I had some laughs during the episode and at the same time, some concerns. The main issue with the film is the relationship between Carlton and Will. Yes, they don't always get along well but normally they just are more fresh to watch. Here, they just didn't seem as funny.

The episode was well acted and had a good story behind it but at the end I was sorta disappointed with itmoreless

Will joins the basketball team

This was a better episode then last one. This was another episode that explored Will's and Phillp's realtionship again. This was an episode where Will and Phillp bond for the first time. This was the first time that bonded. What made this better was how this affected Carlton. When Will becomes this good basketball player and gets an ego it's with the times of how basketball players are having more of an ego. While this was a small part I liked how Jazz and G bet on the game. This doesn't happen very often in the series. A new character is introduced who I like too in Coach Smiley. Even he appears in only a few episodes, I still like his character. A good funny episode with some fun laughs.moreless

in this ep of the fresh prince carlton gets jelous of will because he is good at basketball and philp is going to all the games and cheering will on and carlton gets mad and complaines and will becomes a star on the team and the coach just says to pass the ball to will and his dad has a talk with will about it and will decides maybe what he is doing is wrong so at the last shot he pas to carlton who misses the shot but they become closer in the end this was a good epmoreless

This is the first episode to show some growth in both Carlton and Will. I felt that Carlton was begin a big baby through out this whole episode and that will should've just punched him one good time.

When Will is recruited to play for the Bel-air prep academy basketball team he becomes an instant star mainly because everyone else on the team couldn't tell the hoop from there a$$. But when Uncle phil starts taking notice of Will's talent and starts showing up at the games and taking Will to Laker games Carlton feels Jealous and left out.

I thought this was a sad episode because I could've kind of related to Carlton but Will's right in something he said in the episode, he said that every since he showed up to bel air, his been yelled at home, yelled at school, always grounded, always in detention and that he finally does something that someone proud of and he should just stop begin such a big baby about it.

But in the end I think both Will and Carlton kinda matured.moreless

I could not belive my eyes when I saw this eposiode. The thought that caraltion was jellous of Will. Normaly carlation is the one showing off and stuff but this time it was a total flip how ever I also think that phil was showing favorts as caraltion pointed out and show was the coach for that mater and the sad part is that is so true how coaches show favs to star players and not being a athlete I don't know what am talking about gulity as can be how ever I think coaches should not show favertism and incurage players to play like a team and not pick and choces who they like the bestmoreless
