  • A funny and clever episode!

    8.0
I really thought that this was a funny episode. I really enjoyed watching the episode, especially the ending where we see Geoffrey being the poet. I thought it was hysterical, especially all the lies that he baked up during this episode.

For those fans of Fresh Prince , this is definitely worth a watch
  • Will tried to impress a girl by joing a poetry club

    7.5
A enjoyable episode but not as good as the last one. It's hard to come back from an episode like that and even harder to top it. I am glad the writers and producers didn't even try to do it. This was the first episode (I think) of seeing Will in his unique school uniform. This was also the first episode of seeing Mr Fellows (Jonathan Emerson). Even though he only appears for only a few episodes, I still like his character. It's funny but he likes act he understands he understands the black culture and even talks a little like it. However he doesn't do it in any way that's insulting or racist. This episode was the continued development of Geoffrey (Joseph Marcell). It was great seeing him in that costume. It showed that he is not just a butler. Another thing I liked about this episode was Will wooing of women and what he would do to actually do it. While he would do anything to get a women, he is not a creep. Overall a good episode.moreless

Will joins a poetry club to impress a girl. He makes up the name of a poet and the girl wants to meet the poet at a poetry night. Will Will make up a plan or will the girl find out the truth?

A Good episode, I myself am not big into poetry but I thought the episode itself was pretty funny. Jazz getting the girl in the end was really funny, especially his dumb line at the end of the poem Will wrote. Overall, a perfect episode and really funny, my grade for this episode is easily an A+moreless

Will decides to join an after school poetry club to impress a girl he likes there. He invents a poet named Raphael De La Ghetto and makes up good poems to impress a girl. Will needs to bring Raph to the poetry night, so has Geoffrey pose as Raphael, but he blowsa his cover. Then when the girl Will likes is confronting him, Jazz poses as Raphael and uses Wills poem to woo the girl and get a date with her. My favourite bit was this:

Jazz: Man, I'm hungry. When do we eat here?

Philip: We eat here later, you eat here never.

Jazz: By the looks of it, you eat here often.
