  • The Banks consider selling the house

This was a great way to follow from the last episode. An episode like the previous one, can be hard on actor (especially Will Smith). The producers did a good job of picking the clips. I find it interesting that no clips of the old Viv were shown. Carlton was pretty funny in this episode. Whether it was him fating when Donald Trump came in or when he raced from the house to see him (my favorite), it was all humerus. It was nice to see Will back in a comedy role as well. I also like that Ashley was the voice of reason for the family.

If you don't like a clip episode, you can probably skip it. although the clips were good. However this was a good episode because it didn't every try to follow up the last episode.moreless

This clip show is one of the few good ones from any show, including the first season clip show “Where There’s a Will, there’s no way” because half of the episode is new material about the decision to sell the house and the jokes regarding the clips are terrific aswell, such as Hillary still not over the hair thing and Will listing the items he’s had romantic involvement on (including Carlton’s typewriter table).

The end was a little expected since the decision to sell had been made and the show obviously wouldn’t change mansions, so the wrong address was the expected way to go but it was still a great finish and all the clips were hilarious and fit well with the plot but it’s still a clip show and I prefer a complete episode like most people.moreless

  • TRIVIA (4)

    • In the "Mama's Baby, Carlton's Maybe" clip, Cindy says: "He's so in tune with my needs, It was amazing and endless and magnificent, I Think I saw god" but, when the episode aired she just says "He's so in tune with my needs. It was amazing." The episode was probably cut to fit in the time slot.

    • The blooper reel at the end of this episode is from a previous episode, "Hex And The Single Guy."

    • Janet Hubert-Whitten (the first actress who played Vivian Banks) is not shown completely during this episode; however, the clips do show some scenes from seasons 1-3 and you can see her arms and legs.

    • Goof: In the scene where Philip is talking to the real-estate agent for the second time, after Philip is told that he would receive $1,000,000 above market value, he tells the real-estate agent to hold on, but still hangs up the phone right afterwards.
