The Froome Room

Show Summary

The Froome Room is a comedy TV sitcom from Canada that follows an orderly around at a hospital as he deals with its odd inpatients. TV personality Dominic Froome writes for the program and stars as the show's main character with the same name. Froome works in a zany mental hospital where each day he juggles people and problems that come out from the emergency room. His colleague, Dr. Barbolini (Jason Hilliard), always throws his work at Froome, which plies up after a policewoman (Colleen Ostlund) and ambulance driver (Paul Villarica) regularly bring wacky patients from off the street. Froome deals with people like the insane woman who doesn't like needles and the man who thinks that he's pregnant, as the season progresses. He even meets Death (Duncan Graham) and becomes good friends with the Grimm Reaper. By the end of the season, viewers find out if after all he's been through, Froome is ready to commit himself into the hospital.
