Episode Summary

After Melanie agrees to go out to dinner with Derwin, he decides to plan a surprise proposal with the help of R&B singer Musiq Soulchild. Things take a turn for the worse when Melanie sees Derwin kissing Drew at the Music Video Awards. Assuming that she has been fooled again by Derwin, an intoxicated Melanie decides to get payback and tries to sleep with Malik. Wendy Raquel Robinson, Coby Bell and Brittany Daniel also star.moreless

  • So much happened in this episode, but the most interesting part is that Melanie tries to sleep with Malik. The even better part is that Malik didn't take her up on her offer. Tasha walks in and sees this all.moreless

    Wow, this episode was jammed packed. The most interesting thing is that Melanie got in the bed with Malik. The writers out did themselves on this episode. Nothing is predictable. I thought the Melanie in bed with Malik would be a dream. I was shocked to see she offered herself to Malik and Malik declined (kind of). Unfortunately, I know how it feels to think so little of yourself that giving yourself to anyone (for only a few minutes) could help ease the pain. Unfortunately, it doesn't. You'll wake up feeling worse. Wanting to feel good and wanted if only for a minute - too deep for me. And too much to recap in my life. Putting Jason steroids. Genius. Excellent writing. With all the athletes getting in so much drama, the writers will never run out of material to write about.moreless
