Garry's guests are George Gobel, Rosemary Clooney and Nancy Walker. Also with regular Durwood Kirby. Highlights: "That Wonderful Year" is 1931. A comedy take-off on Thorne Smith's "Night Life of the Gods" with Garry as Eros, George as Bacchus and Durward as Apollo. Durward and Rosemary play newleyweds haunted by their former spouses played by Garry and Nancy. Rosemary Clooney sings "The Prisoner's Song". Nancy is in a take-off skit on "Twilight Zone" that calls Noel Coward's "Blithe Spirit" briefly to mind. Composer Arthur Schwartz chats with Garry about those wonderful 1931 songs. Rosemary performs the finale with "Dancing in the Dark".moreless
