Garry's guests are Eydie Gorme and Alan King. Also with Durward Kirby, Marion Lorne and Carol Burnett. Highlights: "That Wonderful Year" is 1905. Garry opens with "Deck the Halls" to set the holiday mood. Carol Burnett has a comedy version of vaudeville star Eva Tanguay's famous number, "I Don't Care". Alan King talks about health foods which come in for some spoofing with the help of an encyclopedia. Eydie sings "I'm Always Chasing Rainbows" and "Give My Regards to Broadway". Carol Burnett is "Mother of the Year" with a brood of 13. Durward Kirby is Houdini in a blackout bit. A parody of "Cyrano".moreless
