Garry's guests are Opera star Eileen Farrell, comedian Alan King and the Jonah Jones Quartet. Also with regulars Durward Kirby, Marion Lorne and Carol Burnett. Highlights: "That Wonderful Year" is 1900. The 1900 song is "Bird in a Gilded Cage". Jonah Jones Quartet play some jazz at the start. A skit called "Marryin' Max" with Carol and Durward as the honeymooning couple. Eileen Farrell performs "Vissi d'Arte" from the opera "Tosca" and "I've Got it Bad and That Ain't Good".
