Robert Goulet is billed as "special guest star" but a very young (age 20) Barbra Streisand is the "other" guest on this episode of the Garry Moore Show. It's available through the Internet Archive at http://www.archive.org/details/The_Garry_Moore_Show-29_May_1962-BS_RG

It's the Moore show probably at close to its best, celebrating the show's win in the previous week's Emmy awards.

Streisand does two songs and a bit of other patter with Garry and the cast. Carol Burnett is in a sketch with Durward Kirby (a takeoff of the then-popular Dr. Kildare) and does a song in "That Wonderful Year."

Show ends with Garry giving the cast and crew of the show a "verbal Emmy award" for the win, going through most of the names and bringing them most of them on stage. If you ever wondered how big the cast and crew was for one of these shows, watch the end.

Great bit of TV history. The kinescope online includes the full animated opening, commercial breaks and commercials, but sadly not the closing credits.moreless
