Garry's guests are Eddie Albert, Kaye Ballard, Carl Ballantine and the McGuire Sisters. Also with regulars Marion Lorne and Durward Kirby. Highlights: "That Wonderful Year" is 1938. A big sketch revolves around the year 1938 with Eddie, Kaye, the McGuire Sisters, Marion and Carl Ballantine dancing "The Big Apple" and singing that year's top songs, "My Heart Belongs to Daddy", "Hi Ho" and "He Must Have Been a Beautiful Baby". Eddie plays a sharpy in an amusing skit with Garry. Kaye does her comic song routine. The McGuire Sisters perform a smalltown number.moreless
