In the last episode "Call When You Get There", Bev was watching the commercial for so-called LifeAlert, where the woman yells "I've fallen and I can't get up!"

Um, the writers didn't do very good research. Yes, LifeAlert was around in the late eighties, but it was LifeCall that used that unforgettable commercial first. Actually, that commercial didn't debut until the early 90's. I even looked it up on Wikipedia, because when I saw the preview for this episode, something didn't seem right. I didn't think they had LifeAlert till much later.
I know it's kind of nitpicky, but it just seemed off, to me, because LifeAlert just started using that catchphrase for their commercials a few years ago.
I love the episode anyway, and how Bev yells at the TV "Somebody, HELP HER!"

Hmm, I didn't know it was from the (19)90s. Haha. We should tell the writers!

I don't really think that it matters that there are inaccuracies, I just enjoy the show

It's kind of pointless to get hung up on what's accurate and what's not. Within the span of about 5 episodes, they show Adam:

    * about to finish Zelda (1987).

    * recreating a scene from Say Anything (1989).

    * getting excited about the introduction of Dinobots and Insecticons to Transformers (1985). With a 1986 Metroplex on the shelf behind him.

There's a reason they give the year as "nineteen-eighty-something" instead of the actual timeframe. If they used the more historically accurate LifeCall, people would probably have gone "whut? do you mean LifeAlert?"

And the characters don't seem to age. From 1985-1989 erica stays in the house and both E and B are in high school
