While we already know this, it's worth noting that in this episode, Sophia has yet another best friend -- Sister Agnes.
Mother: So, Dorothy, I'll bet you love your mother a lot.
Dorothy: Well, that depends. What has she done?
Mother: It's not necessarily anything specific. It's my feeling that life here is too structured for her.
Dorothy: I'm not sure I follow you.
Mother: She's a stubborn, old, vindictive pack mule of a woman who won't follow the rules!
Dorothy: Okay, now I'm back with you.
Sophia: Hello Reverend Mother, my you look Holier than thou today.
Mother Superior: Save it Sister Suckup.
Sophia: God spoke to me today.
Blanche: God spoke to you? You haven't been eating chili dogs again have you, Sophia?
Sophia: That was an honest mistake and to clarify, that's when I thought God was whistling at me.
Dorothy: (reading Sophia's letter) I have everything I need but it's hard to get a bikini wax.
Dorothy: (reading Sophia's letter) Wish you were here, nobody can reach the top shelf, signed Sister Ma.
Dorothy: (referring to Sophia saying that she sees holy things in the inkblots) She's only saying that to get into the convent. Anybody can see clearly see that is a picture John Forsythe lying naked in a pool of honey.
Nun: Well...that does look a little bit like John Forsythe.
